INSTRUCCIONES
1 Sacar las taloneras de serie. Una vez puestas las parrillas None, no podrá montar otra vez las taloneras de serie.
Ya que están diseñadas y pensadas para ir con el kit de taloneras None.
2. Monte las cintas en las parrillas tal y como se ve en el dibujo.
3. Presente la parrilla por la parte delantera con el casquillo en el soporte motor original. Destornillar el tornillo
original y volverlo a colocar con la parrilla NONE.
4 Utilice un rotulador, para marcar agujeros nuevos en el estribo, si es necesario.
Quite la parrilla y haz un agujero en el estribo con una broca Ø9, tal y como se ve en el dibujo. Importante alinear
los agujeros.
5.Presentar y apretar la parrilla al estribo mediante los tornillos, arandelas y tuercas suministrados, colocando el
casquillo.
6. Colocar tubo union en la parrilla montada.
Repetir los pasos 1º,2º,3º,4º,5º para el otro lado y apretar todo el conjunto para finalizar el trabajo.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove standard heel guards. Once putted None’s nerf bars, you can’t place standard heel guards again, as nerf
bars are designed to fit with None’s heel guards.
2. Loop the net straps as shown in the picture.
3. Present nerf bars across the front with spacer booster in the original motor support. Unscrew the screw and
replace the original with NONE's NERF BARS.
4. Use a marker pen to mark new holes to the foot peg, if it’s necessary.
Remove the nerf bar and drill out with a Ø9 drill bit, as shown in the picture
Important to line the pre-drilled holes.
5. Present and squeeze through the nerf bars on foot peg screws, washers and nylon nut supplied .
6.Install tube union mounted on the nerf bar.
Repeat steps 1, 2 3,4 on the other side and tighten all set to finish the job.
INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE
1.Démonter les protections de talon de serie.Apres avoir monté les protege-pieds None il sera imposible de reinstaller
ces protections de talon de serie.En effet elles sont prévues pour une instalation avec le kit de protection de talon
None.
2.Monter les sangles sur les protege-pieds suivant le schema.
3.Présenter le Nerf Bar (voir shema), retirez la vis de la machine d'origine et de présenter avec le spacer.
4.Utiliser un feutre pour marquer de nouveaux trous sur le repose-pieds , si necessaire Démonter le protege-pieds
et percer le repose pieds avec une meche de 9 , voir schema. Il est important d'aligner les trous.
5. Remettre la "Nerf Bar" avec les entretoises des repose-pieds à l'intérieur., boulons Din 912 M8x85, rondelles
DIN125 M8 et ecrous autobloquants DIN9858 et serrer fortement.
6. Place union tube monté sur le nerf bar.
