The 9th edition of Museum Night Fever - the annual Brussels museums night - will take place on Saturday
5 March 2016.
During the course of Museum Night Fever, you will be able to discover the museums of Brussels in a
very different, contemporary and alternative light. Participating museums will be offering a vast
programme, gathering musicians, performers, dancers, acrobats, video-makers, multidisciplinary artists,
DJs…, setting up a creative dialogue relating to the museums' collections and exhibitions.
For this 9th edition, a record number of 25 museums is taking part in the event: art & marges museum,
Autoworld, Belgian Comic Strip Centre, BELvue Museum, BIP-experience Brussels, BOZAR / Centre for
Fine Arts, Charlier Museum, Choco-Story Brussels, CINEMATEK, Coudenberg Archaeological Site,
Ixelles Museum, Le Botanique, Museum of the City of Brussels, Museum of Costume & Lace, Museum of
Fantastic Art, Museum of Natural Sciences, Musical Instruments Museum, Parlamentarium, Royal Army
Museum, Royal Library of Belgium, WIELS. This year is the first time the Belgian Museum of
Freemasonry, the Fin-de-Siècle Museum, the Maurice Béjart House and the brand new Trainworld will be
taking part in the event.
Museums will open from 19:00 until 1:00. Museum Night Fever will end with a great afterparty from midnight until 6:00.

An initiative of the Brussels Museum Council (www.brusselsmuseums.be). The programme is the result of
collaboration between Brussels museums and about 1000 young enthusiasts.
