Our products are very environmentally friendly;
they are made with Eastern White Pine that is
harvested from sustainably-managed forests in
North America. Our finishes are all non-toxic
waterbased products. We recycle much of our
waste into heat and other wood products.
Nos produits sont très respectueux de

Minimum Order:
Please contact us for current minimum order levels. There is no minimum for pick-up orders.
Lead Times:
4- to 8-week lead time is standard but varies based on seasonal demand. Please confirm lead times with us before placing your order to
avoid confusion. Lead times are updated regularly on our website.
Methods of Payment:
Interac e-Transfers or cheques are our preferred payment methods. You can also pay using Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. Send PayPal
and Interac e-Transfer payments to [email protected]. A $45.00 fee will be automatically charged on any NSF cheques.
Payment Terms:
First three (3) orders must be paid COD. Subsequent orders may qualify for payment terms based on approved credit application.
Interest (2% per month) will be charged on all overdue balances.
Damage Claims:
Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Inform the carrier immediately if damage is noted or has occurred. All claims should be
made directly to the carrier as Springwater Woodcraft cannot be held responsible for damages incurred in transit.
Prices Adjustments:
While every attempt will be made to notify you in the event of a price increase, prices may change without notice.
Custom Sizing / Modifications:
Unfortunately we cannot offer custom sizing or modifications to our products. While some modifications may seem easily
accommodated, such requests compromise the unique characteristics of our products.
You Are Purchasing Real Wood:
Our entire line is real wood. Wood is a natural product that will be affected by the elements: Moist climates will make wood swell, drier
climates will make it shrink. Because of this movement over the life of the product, some cracks, splits and warping can be expected.
These small imperfections should be embraced as part of the truth and beauty of real wood furniture.
Commande minimum:
S.V.P. nous contacter car le minimum à commander est grandement influencé par les frais de transport pour une palette. Il n'y a pas de
minimum pour les commandes ramassées à l'usine.
Délai de livraison:
Le délai standard est de 4 à 8 semaines mais varie selon la demande (Salon du cadeau + Salon du meuble etc). S.V.P. vous informer du
délai de livraison avec nous pour éviter toute confusion. Nos délais sont mis à jour régulièrement sur notre site web.
Mode de paiement:
Virement Interac et chèques sont nos méthodes de paiement préférées. Acceptées également sont les cartes Visa, MasterCard ou PayPal
(svp envoyez PayPal et Interac à [email protected]). Des frais de $45.00 s'appliqueront sur tous chèques sans provision.
Modalités de paiement:
Les 3 premières commandes doivent être payées C.O.D; les commandes suivantes peuvent être admissibles aux termes de
paiement selon l'approbation de crédit. Des intérêts de 2% par mois seront facturés sur tous soldes en souffrance.
Réclamation de dommages:
S.V.P. inspecter toute marchandise dès réception et informer immédiatement le transporteur si dommage est constaté. Toutes
réclamations doivent être faites directement au transporteur. Springwater Woodcraft n’est pas responsable des dommages
encourus en transit.

Bien que tout effort est fait pour vous aviser en cas d'une hausse de prix, ces prix peuvent changer sans préavis. Veuillez consulter
