Pomerleau Gaz Propane inc. s’engage à ce que les retraits soient effectués le jour
ouvrable suivant la date des retraits indiqués sur le formulaire d’adhésion.
Pomerleau Gaz Propane inc. commits to make all withdrawals effective on the next
business day further to the date indicated of the membership application.
2.
Il est convenu qu’aucun retrait n’est effectué dans les comptes des clients un
samedi, dimanche ou un jour férié. Lorsqu’un retrait doit être effectué l’un des jours
précités, il est reporté au jour ouvrable suivant. It is agreed that no withdrawals will
be taken in the customer’s accounts on Saturday, Sunday or an Holiday. The
withdrawals will always be taken on the next business day.
3.
Pomerleau Gaz Propane inc. s’engage à fournir à chacun des clients tous les
renseignements concernant les retraits effectués, en leur envoyant un état de
compte, une fois par mois. Pomerleau Gaz Propane inc. commits to send all of his
customer any information concerning the withdrawals, by sending a statement
once a month.
4.
Pour toute révocation de retrait, le client doit communiquer toutes les informations
requises à cette fin au responsable du crédit de Pomerleau Gaz Propane inc., et
ce, au plus tard 3 jours ouvrable avant la date du retrait devant être révoqué. For
any withdrawal revocation, the customer must communicate all required
information to the Credit Manager at Pomerleau Gaz Propane inc., at least 3 days
before the date of the concerned withdrawal.
5.
Pomerleau Gaz Propane inc. s’engage à rembourser le client à la suite de la
production par ce dernier d’une déclaration alléguant que le retrait a été effectué
à tort dans son compte. Le délai pour présenter une demande de remboursement
écrite est de quatre-vingt-dix (90) jours. Toute autre divergence (ex. : un montant
inexact) doit être signalée au responsable du crédit de Pomerleau Gaz Propane
inc. dans un délai de dix jours. Pomerleau Gaz Propane inc. commits to refund a
customer in the case of any mistake in his account when presenting a written
proof. The delay for presenting this proof is of ninety (90) days. All other divergence
(ex.: a wrong amount) must be signaled to the Credit Manager at Pomerleau Gaz
Propane inc. within a ten (10) day delay.
6.
Pomerleau Gaz Propane inc. doit obtenir préalablement, de chaque client, une
autorisation écrite, dûment signée par le ou les signataires autorisés du client et du
détenteur de la carte de crédit (en vertu de laquelle elle peut effectuer des retraits
dans son compte courant). Pomerleau Gaz Propane inc. must first obtain, from
each customer, a written authorization, duly signed by an authorized person and
owner of the credit card (on the basis that she can make withdrawal in this
customer’s account)
7.
Le client s’engage à payer à Pomerleau Gaz Propane inc. des frais de vingt-cinq
dollars (25 $) pour toute transaction refusée par votre institution financière et ce
sans notre autorisation. The customer commits to pay Pomerleau Gaz Propane inc.
a twenty-five (25 $) dollar fee for any transaction refused by your financial
institution without our approval.
