Half or Full day Activity - SAILS BOATS REGATA
CONCEPT
An extraordinary training tool and a unique lifetime experience.
A program centred on combined efforts and organised on the model of the real challenge
regatta.
The participants guide the sailboats under the trained eye of skippers.
PROGRAM : Full Day
Transfer from your hotel to the Marina by deluxe coach
Welcome, briefing and boarding of the teams.
Presentation of the programme, introduction of the skippers and the sailboats.
Briefing on safety issues.
Weather report.
Boarding of the teams.
Training for an hour: take the helm, try the different steerages, and haul up the sails.
They will be explained the way a boat is sailed, the rules of the wind and the regatta
tactics... They will of course have the help of the skippers.
The boats will cross the starting line in Monaco with set sails and really close to each other
to try to win the first round of regatta between Cannes & Lerins Islands( place upon timing &
weather conditions)
The finish line will be set up according to the weather forecast of the day.
For each boat crossing the line: cheers, applauses and foghorn!!
The results will be given to the teams in order to motivate them.
A second round of regatta will be done.
After some skilful calculation the race committee will give out the final result.
MOORING:
The sailboats will all be in the bay of Monaco or Fontvielle (Marina).
AWARDS :
These are lovely and wealthy gourmet baskets for each members from the best
team.
They are composed by local culinary specialities.
Sails Boats capacity : 10 pers. max.
