Whereas Unicity International, Inc. sells certain products in the United States that are not available for resale in Canada; and whereas I would like to purchase such products for my personal consumption, but not for
resale or any other commercial purpose, I hereby agree as follows:
IN CONSIDERATION for the privilege to purchase Canadian “Not-For-Resale” products
1. I will not offer for resale or distribution in Canada any Unicity International, Inc. products that are labeled “Not For Resale” or that are otherwise deemed by Unicity International, Inc. as not intended for resale in
Canada.
2. Any products purchased by me will be for my personal consumption or the personal consumption of those in my household only.
3. U
nicity International, Inc. may limit my ability to place orders of products not intended for resale in Canada to an amount reasonably deemed by Unicity International, Inc. to be that which the individuals in my
household and I can personally consume in a three month period.
4. I understand that the production and/or distribution of any promotional material relating to “Not-For-Resale” or its products is prohibited.
Failure by me to abide by the foregoing may result in the termination of my privilege to purchase U.S. products for personal use.
All information must be completed above to ensure processing of this Agreement.
My signature on this Agreement certifies that I agree to and understand the foregoing provisions and restrictions and that I will be bound by the items contained herein.

A participant buying “Not-For-Resale” products has the right to cancel at any time, for whatever reason. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to the company at its principal place of business.
All correspondence relating to purchasing “Not-For-Resale” products must be addressed to the Unicity International, Inc. Home Office in Orem, Utah, USA.

Étant donné que la compagnie Unicity International, Inc. vend certains produits exclusivement aux É.-U. et que la revente est interdite au Canada; et étant donné que j’aimerais acheter des produits pour ma consommation
personnelle, et non pour fin de revente ou toute autre fin commerciale, je conviens d’adhérer aux règlements ci-dessous :
EN CONSIDÉRATION du privilège d’acheter des « Produits de Revente Interdite » au Canada ;
1. Je n’offrirai pas de revendre ou de distribuer au Canada des produits Unicity International, Inc. étiquetés « Revente Interdite » ou autrement considérés invendables en sol canadien par Unicity International, Inc. ;
2. T out produit acheté dans le cadre de ce programme sera destiné à mon usage personnel seulement ou à l’usage personnel des membres de ma famille.
3. U
nicity International, Inc. peut limiter ma capacité à placer des commandes de produits non destinés à la revente au Canada à la quantité qu’Unicity International, Inc. estime raisonnable comme étant celle que
les personnes de mon foyer et moi-même pouvons personnellement consommer sur une période de trois mois.
4. Je reconnais que la production ou la distribution de tout matériel promotionnel concernant la « Revente Interdite » ou ses produits est interdite.
Dans le cas où je ne me conformerais pas aux règlements ci-dessus, il se pourrait que mon privilège, concernant la possibilité de pouvoir acheter des produits pour ma consommation personnelle, prenne fin.
Ce formulaire doit être entièrement rempli pour être traité.
En signant cet Accord, je reconnais la validité des dispositions et restrictions mentionnées ci-dessus et je conviens de les respecter.

Un particpant au programme de « Revente Interdite » a le droit d’annuler sa participation à tout moment, peu importe la raison. Un avis d’annulation écrit doit être soumis à la compagnie.
Toute correspondance concernant le programme de « Revente Interdite » doit être adressée au siège social d'Unicity International, Inc. à Orem au Utah.
