Lapeyrère is located on a rocky spur in the heart of Pays de Serres, at 17 km from Agen and 3 km from the
walled-town of Puymirol. A landscape of valleys and plateaus, right by Quercy Blanc, you'll love the charm
of this former 18-century farm which has slowly been restored by your hosts and you'll enjoy the coolness
of the former bread oven as well as the old oak tree. The gite is set on a rock and has been restored in a
purely contemporary style while respecting the local traditional architecture. This stone belvedere offers
an exceptional panorama over small valleys and meadows with woods in the background. Vieux Chêne is a
detached gite with no building directly opposite. The unusual space layout follows the natural curve of the
rock : a kitchen with olden day charm in which the natural colour of wood and stone is blend with a modern
red, a cosy lounge with a fire crackling in the conic wood-burning stove in wintertime, a romantic bedroom
opening onto a suspended terrace with a secrete recess on a mezzanine (1x160, 1x90), an upstairs exotic
bedroom hidden behind an Asian door (1x160) and a small bedroom for secretive children (2x90), a malestyle brown shower room and another turquoise one in a more feminine style. You'll enjoy the large garden
from where you'll admire the sunset as well as your hosts' swimming pool. You'll love the tranquillity and how
life is sweet on a spot where you'll be able to run, fish or just relax. Bed and bathroom linen is provided (beds
