L’ENTREPRISE
ParisByM est une jeune start-up de l’industrie du tourisme spécialisée sur la réception des touristes à
Paris. Agence locale, ParisByM propose des packages personnalisés qui s’adaptent à la situation, aux
attentes et au budget de chaque client.
La clientèle est composée comme suit :
- 80% de touristes étrangers vs. 20% de touristes français.
- 80% d’individuels vs. 20% de groupes/collectivités/institutions/entreprises
Créée en février 2014, ParisByM poursuit sa croissance et recherche aujourd’hui un stagiaire pour
participer au développement de son activité.

MISSIONS
Mission principale :
-
Appui à la production des packages sur mesure et standard pour les clients US
Autres travaux :
-
Gestion des clients Anglais : qualification de la demande, élaboration du package, suivi du
client.
Participation à la création de l’offre en créant des visites ou parcours thématiques.
Rédaction de contenu pour le site internet et notamment de posts pour le blog.
Développement des partenariats avec des prestataires en fonction des demandes clients
(obtention de goodies, négociation de tarifs préférentiels).
COMPETENCES REQUISES

Anglais langue maternelle ou bilingue + bon niveau de français
Compétences rédactionnelles
Excellent relationnel
Intérêt pour les domaines de la culture, du voyage / tourisme et de l’événementiel.
Capacité à s’adapter rapidement pour pouvoir évoluer dans un environnement de start-up sur
des sujets très variés
Capacité à être force de proposition
CONDITIONS
Stage conventionné de 2 mois à 4 mois (mi-temps), non rémunéré

tailor-made packages adapted to each traveler’s situation, expectations and budget.
The type of clients is as follows:
- 80% of foreigners vs. 20% of French nationals.
- 80% of individuals vs. 20% of groups
ParisByM is growing and is looking for an intern to take part in its development.

MISSIONS
Main task:
-
Prepare trip packages (tailor made and standard) for US clients
Other tasks:
-
Manage clients from UK : defined client’s needs (through email / phone), prepare trip packages
based on requests, follow up as soon as the clients arrive.
Develop partnerships with hotels and other local companies in the tourism industry
Take part in the creation of attractive offers by creating thematic visits and discovery trails.
Redact content for the website and especially posts for the blog.
Help the commercial development by contacting prospects (cruise companies, schools, works
councils…)
Promote ParisByM to information relays and opinion makers such as journalists, bloggers,
apartment renters
Develop partnerships with service providers based on customers’ requests (obtaining goodies,
negotiating preferential rates).
SKILLS REQUIRED
-
English native language or bilingual + good level of French
Excellent writing and communication skills
Interest in the fields of culture, travel / tourism and events.
Ability to adapt quickly to evolve in a small business environment on a variety of subjects
Proactivity and creativity to think out of the box.
CONDITIONS
Internship with a « convention de stage »
2 months (full time) or 4 months (part time), no allowance
Available: Mid September 2016
