2700 Euros par personne en chambre partagée pour l’ensemble du
séjour.
Ce prix comprend : les frais d’hébergement, les repas, le transport,
entrées des sites et accompagnement photo.
Ce prix ne comprend pas : le vol aller-retour jusqu’à Delhi,
l’acheminement aller-retour jusqu’à l’aéroport en France, les frais de
visa (à prendre en France avant le départ), vos boissons ou dépenses
personnelles sur place, les pourboires traditionnellement donnés au
guide local et au chauffeur à la fin du séjour.
L’obtention du visa de tourisme indien et les vols internationnaux sont à votre charge mais nous pouvons
vous orienter pour les réserver au meilleurs prix.
Nous vous demandons de souscrire à une assurance voyage et de transmettre copie de votre police à
l’agence India Insight.
Le présent bulletin d’inscription vous engage auprès de l’agence de voyage indienne India Insight Tour
selon les termes et conditions jointes en anglais.
Afin de faciliter les règlements par transfert banquaire en Inde, votre accompagnateur centralise les
accomptes de réservation (30%).
Les chèques d’accompte au nom de Jean-Baptiste Rabouan ne seront encaissés que si le nombre de
participants est suffisant pour faire le voyage (minimum 4).
Ils seront encaissés 60 jours avant la date de départ et la totalité de la somme sera intégralement tranférée
à l’agence de voyage India Insight Tour. Un justificatif du tranfert vous sera remis.
Le solde du voyage (70%) devra être réglé de la même manière au plus tard 30 jours avant le départ.
Il est également possible de régler directement India Insight Tour par carte banquaire mais des frais seront
appliqués (contacter l’agence par e-mail).

General Tour price includes:

Accommodation on twin or single room basis.
Meals are included only on certain adventure trips and at certain Hotels as
mentioned.
Surface transport by train, coach, car, four wheel drive and boats as requested.
Daily excursions and tour as mentioned in the programs.
Services of local foreign language / English speaking guide in main cities (if
requested)
Meet and assist service on all arrival & departure points in main cities.
Service of accompanying naturalists, wilderness & mountaineering experts, for
eco-tourism trips and trekking expeditions as included.
Services of exploration and outfitting crew wherever applicable.
Tour price does not include:

International air-fares and applicable airport taxes unless specified.
Expenses of personal naturalize laundry service, drinks, room service, phone calls,
etc.
Meals except in those trips where it is specified.
Tips at hotels, railway station & airport porterage charges.
Charges for passport, visa, immunization and health.
Excess baggage charges.
Insurance
Any additional expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond the control of India
Insight Tours.
GENERAL TERMS:
PAYMENT:
A. 30% of the land arrangement services should be remitted by Swift bank transfer at
the time of booking confirmation.
B. Balance 70% payment should be remitted by Swift bank transfers 30 days before
the date of travel.
C. (If any booking received and confirmed before 30 days of the travel),100% of
the land arrangement services should be remitted by Swift bank transfer at the
time of booking confirmation to book on definite basis
CANCELLATION: Cancellation charges are applicable according to the following slabs.

If the tour is cancelled between 45 days and 31 days before date of travel, 25% of
the Total tour cost (for land arrangement services only)
If the tour is cancelled between 30 days and 15 days before date of travel, 50% of
the Total tour cost (for land arrangement services only)
If the tour is cancelled with in 15 days before the date of arrival, no refund at all.

FOR ALL INTERNAL TRAIN - FLIGHT BOOKINGS, CANCELLATION WILL BE CHARGED
AS PER THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE TICKETS BOOKED.
Insurance: - Clients should be covered (from originating country) with a comprehensive
policy covering health, medical, accident, theft and cancellation.
RESPONSIBILITY:
India Insight Tours and all co-operating agencies, act only in the capacity of agents for
the hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroad or owners or contractors providing
accommodations, transportation, or other services, therefore all coupons exchange
orders, receipts, contacts, and tickets issued by India Insight Tours are issued subject to
any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodations,
transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, airlines, bus
companies, railroads, or owners or contractors or by their person in employment.
By the acceptance of tour membership and / or of such coupons, exchange orders,
receipts, contacts and tickets the tour member agrees to the foregoing and also agrees
that neither India Insight Tours nor any of its allies and / or subsidiaries shall be or
become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or
otherwise in connection with any accommodations transportation or other services
resuming directly or indirectly from any acts of God, dangers, fire breakdown in
machinery or equipment or wars whether declare or not, hostilities, civil disturbances,
medical or customs regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of or change in itinerary
or schedules or from any causes beyond the control of India Insight Tours or for any loss
or dame resulting from insufficient or improperly issued passports, visas or other
documents, and that neither India Insight Tours nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries
shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses or liability sustained
or incurred by the tour member as a result of the foregoing causes.
India Insight Tours has the right to decline or accept or retain any person as passenger
should such person's health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment
impede the operation of the tour or the rights welfare or enjoyment of the other tour
passengers. Further, tour members are held responsible for being in sufficient good
health to undertake the tour.
A refund of the unused land services is the limit of India Insight Tours liability. The right
is reserved to substitute hotels, and after the itinerary or reserve the places to be visited.
The right is moved to cancel the tour prior to departure. If any tour must be withdrawn
prior to the passenger's joining the tour, India Insight Tours liability is limited to a refund
of the moneys received by India Insight Tours is neither responsible nor liable for the
defaults of those not directly under the control of India Insight Tours.
The payment for reservation on a tour shall constitute consent to all provisions under
Terms and General Conditions.
