Position: Commercial Lender
Department: Cool Springs Financial Center, Franklin, TN
Position Description: Originates new account relationships and enhances
existing account relationships in accordance with the Bank's policies, goals
and objectives. Originates and services a wide variety of secured and
unsecured business loans or lines of credit. Ensures that applicable bank
lending policies and practices are followed. Represents the Bank in a friendly
and professional manner.
Qualifications: Excellent customer and employee relationship skills,
knowledge of bank products, team worker, problem solving skills, and
computer skills. Good organizational skills are required. Ability to work with
minimum supervision is desired. Experience in lending and credit analysis is
preferred.
Working Conditions: Available to work Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
Ability to meet deadlines is crucial. Team atmosphere. Maintain professional
appearance and behavior at all times.
Wage Level: $75,000 to $128,000
