Objet: mise à jour du système web
Par la présente je veux Vous informer à propos d’une amélioration que nous avons voulu donner à
notre système informatif web.
Dès aujourd’hui tous les Présidents de Club pourront requérir au Secrétariat Général de faire activer
aux Membres de leur Club un système d’ information qui, après la publication d’une nouvelle sur
l’espace web du Club dans le site panathlon.net, envoie en automatique
automatique un e-mail aux Membres du
Club avec une invitation à visionner la nouvelle du Club !
Naturellement, recevront cet e-mail tous ceux qui ont accepté de recevoir les communications du
Secrétariat Général par poste électronique comme prévu par les normes en vigueur.
Tout ça est voulu pour commencer à amplifier ensemble la communication, utiliser de plus en plus
l’espace web dédié à chaque Club, interagir avec le Secrétariat Général au mieux, au seul fin de
continuer à faire agrandir notre prestigieuse Association.

Con la presente desidero informarVi circa un nuovo upgrade che abbiamo voluto dare al nostro
sistema informativo web.
Da oggi tutti i Presidenti di Club potranno richiedere alla Segreteria Generale di far attivare ai Soci
del proprio Club un sistema di informazione che, a seguito della pubblicazione di una notizia sullo
spazio web del proprio Club all'interno del sito panathlon.net, invia in automatico una mail ai soli
propri Soci del Club con un invito a visionare la nuova notizia del Club !
Per quanto ovvio, riceveranno tale e-mail tutti coloro che hanno accettato di ricevere comunicazioni
dalla Segreteria Generale tramite posta elettronica così come previsto dalle vigenti normative.
Tutto ciò è voluto per iniziare ad amplificare insieme la comunicazione, utilizzare maggiormente lo
spazio web dedicato ai singoli Club, interagire meglio con la Segreteria Generale, al fine unico di
continuare a far crescere il nostro prestigioso Sodalizio.

Object: updating of web system
With the present letter I wish to inform you about an upgrade that we have wanted to give to our
web information system.
From today all Presidents of Club will be able to ask to the General Secretariat to make their
Members activate a system of information that, after the publication of a news in the web space of
their Club in the web site panathlon.net, automatically
automatically sends an e-mail to the members of the Club
with an invitation to read the news of the Club !
Obviously, all those who have accepted to receive the communications by the General Secretariat by
electronic mail will receive this e-mail as previewed by the norms in force.
All this to start to amplify together the Communication, to better use the web space dedicated to each
Club, to better interact with the General Secretariat, with the unique purpose to continue to make
our prestigious Association grow.
