«kiné» du grec «kinésis» : «mouvement»
et «focus» du latin «foyer».
Premier foyer fermé, intégré en maçonnerie et
simultanément pivotant, le Kinéfocus est une révélation
esthétique et une révolution technique.
Aisément orientable à la main, ce foyer se veut en relation
suivie et réciproque avec ses spectateurs. A l’immobilisme
d’un foyer fixe au regard morne et passif se substitue un
foyer au regard actif et vivant, tel un participant d’une
réunion conviviale, un acteur de la conversation, un ami.
- Ce modèle a obtenu la médaille d’argent des Trophées
du Design au Salon Batimat à Paris en 2007. Il a été
sélectionné en 2008, par l’APCI pour l’Observeur du Design.

From the Greek kinesis (movement) and the Latin focus (hearth)
The first sealed fireplace that is both set in a wall and can simultaneously pivot to face different directions, the ground-breaking Kinéfocus is an aesthetic and
technical revolution. The fireplace can be easily turned by hand, transforming the fire from a static, background presence to an active participant in a gathering,
convivially joining the conversation. This model won the silver Design Trophy at the Batimat international building exhibition in Paris in 2007.

This model has high environmental performance, and with its glass-fronted side-opening door, also boasts excellent thermal efficiency.
The double-bodied hearth is installed on a ring of ball bearings that pivot 60° on a self-supporting fixed structure. Weight: 205 kg
A white niche serves as a frame for the fireplace, allowing it to pivot.
This model must be installed by a professional. High ventilation is indispensable; low-level ventilation is integrated in the fireplace.
