f. Certificate of health to the effect that the candidate does not suffer from any contagious disease

g. Course of studies which the candidate wishes to attend, in a particular field in case of research
Nom d’un programme que le candidat désire suivre dans un domaine donne le cas d’une recherche.
h. Certificate of acceptance issued by a Greek University in case of postgraduate studies and certificate
of acceptance by a Greek University or Research- Educational Center in case of scientific research.
In the event that this certificate is not received by our department by the specified deadline (31st of
March 2008), the candidates may submit it within two months from the date mentioned above.
Autorisation de principe d’ une université grecque adressée au candidat desireux de suirve des
etudes postuniversitaires ou autorisation de principe d’une universite grecque ou d’un centre de
recherche et d’ enseignement grec adressee au candidat desireux d’ entreprendre une recherche
scientifique. Au cas ou une telle autorisation ne nous serait pas parvenue dans les delais (soit au
31eme march 2008), le candidat pourra la soumettre dans les deux (2) mois qui suivront cette date.
i. Solemn protestation, in which the candidate states that he/she does not intend to apply for or receive
other scholarship funding during the course of the scholarship granted by the Greek Ministry of
Nat. Education and Rel. Affairs.
Declaration sur l’ honneur, dans laquelle le candidat déclare qu’il n'a pas l'intention d’appliquer
pour ou de recevoir d’autre bourse pendant la bourse accordée par le Ministère Grec de l’Éducation
Nationale et des Cultes.
ATTENTION
If the supporting documents are neither in Greek nor in English, they may be submitted officially
translated into one of the above languages in two copies.
