PRESENTATION
World Cup individual and team
Algiers on 7 and 8 March 2015
The Algerian Fencing Federation is pleased to invite all national federations
affiliated to the FIE to participate in the World Cup: Individual events and
team Saber Junior Man to be held in Algiers on 7 and 8 March 2015.
INSCRIPTIONS
The Tournament is open to all shooters bearing the FIE license 2014-2015.
Participation in this competition is determined by the organizational
regulations art. o.54.
Commitments being closed before 7 days as scheduled by the article (see
article o.54.2), the organizer of the competition has the obligation to
establish the list of exempted and pools under Art. o.31.2 and o.31.3 Rules
of the FIE.
No changes to the 16 shooters, exempt and communicated in advance, can
intervene. The list of shooters present is the list of athletes that is
downloaded later than 15:00 the day before the competition, according to
art. o.31.2 the rules of organization.
The pools will be immediately sent to the FIE
displayed on the site www.fie.org.

REFEREES
Under the rules of the FIE, the number of arbitrators Class A or B to
accompany the teams during the competition is:
1 to 4 fencers
No referees
5 to 9 fencers
1 referee
16 to 20 fencers
3 referees
10 to 15 fencers
2 referees
Failure to comply with this rule will result in a 500 € fine for each
referee short of the required number.
This fee must be paid before any fencers from the offending
country will be allowed to compete
FORMULA
The events will be played according to the FIE rules.
An information folder for delegations will be published on
the website of the organizer www.fae.dz and the FIE website
www.fie.org later than two months before the start of the
competition.

Saturday, March 7, 2015 (World Cup, Single)
7:30: Payment of registration fees - Gun Control
9:00: Start hens qualification and follow the preliminary table:
10:00: Table
16h00: Start semifinal
17h15: Final
Sunday, March 8, 2015 (World Cup, teams)
08h00: Start of competition
15h15: Final
RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
An entry fee of 15 € per fencer will be paid to the organizers
at the time of accreditation.
DOPING
An anti -doping control will be performed.
ARMS CONTROL
From 06.03.2015, hotels 08 am to 17 pm

TRANSPORT
A shuttle service is provided under contract to the fencing
hotels and back. Transportation from the airport to official
hotels is available.
