S. 49 (2) Private Career Colleges Act, 2005 (“Act”)

These particulars are posted following the issuance of a Restraining Order against an
unregistered private career college by the Superintendent of Private Career Colleges pursuant
to s. 46 (1) of the Act.

Contraventions
The Superintendent has ordered Dr. Mehrdad Tabari and Parisa Aflatounian o/a Atlantis Health,
Beauty & Laser Clinic to stop:

Advertising an unregistered private career college and unapproved vocational
programs that require approval, in contravention of subsections 11(1) & (2) of the
Act.
Required Actions
By June 20, 2012, Dr. Mehrdad Tabari and Parisa Aflatounian o/a Atlantis Health, Beauty &
Laser Clinic is required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a
person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence,
confirming that they:
A. Have stopped advertising an unregistered private career college and unapproved
vocational programs that require approval.

Health, Beauty & Laser Clinic from operating a health, beauty and laser clinic business
providing esthetics and other related services to the public.
