21. All premises used as a barber shop shall
be registered annually as provided in the Act, a
renewal fee shall be paid by any new shop
after September 8, 2008. Any barber shop
registered previously to September 8, 2008
shall be exempt from the annual renewal fee.
21. Tous les lieux utilisés comme salon de
barbier seront enregistrés annuellement de la
manière prévue dans loi, des frais de
renouvellement seront payés par n'importe
quel nouveau salon après le 8 septembre
2008. N'importe quel salon de barbier
enregistré précédemment au 8 septembre
2008 sera exempt des frais de renouvellement
annuels.

23. The fee structure of the Association shall
be at the direction of the membership present
at the Annual Meeting.

New By-Law Proposal :
Nouvelle proposition de règlement :
Any Master Barber whose license has elapsed
for more than 90 days shall be striped of their
Master Barber designation and will be required
to comply with section 20(5) of the Act in-order
to regain the designation.
N'importe quel maître barbier dont le permis
s'est écoulé pour plus de 90 jours sera rayé de
leur désignation maître barbier et sera prié de
se conformer à la article 20 (5) du dans ordre
de Loi pour regagner la désignation.
