shareholder of Ethypharm

The 21st of July, PAI Partners became officially the new shareholder of Ethypharm.
PAI Partners’ entry to Ethypharm’s capital will ensure new perspectives for the company’s growth
and development by accelerating its internationalization and the expansion of its range of products.
Hugues Lecat, CEO of Ethypharm and its Management Committee announced that they “we are
delighted to welcome PAI partners to accompany us on this great adventure”.
Mr Lecat also thanked the staff who helped finalize the operations in both optimal conditions and
time.
