L'historique du Jidokwan
Le titre Jidokwan utilisé pour la première fois a Pusan en 1950
Grand master Pae, Ki Young a été le premier élève de Chun, Sang Sup il avait un contact avec Cho Yun Sun Moo
Kwan. Il a commencé sa formation première dans la période Song Dong Soo
Grande Grand master Yoon, Byung Dans était un meilleur ami de Chun, Sang Sup. Il a été embauché par Sabum
Chosun Yun Moo Kwan en 1948. Pendant ses études au Japon, Maître Yoon est devenu un étudiant de Sensei Toyama
Kanken. Après avoir enseigné pendant 1an chez Master Chun , il a ouvert le YMCA Kwon Bop Bu (Chang Moo Kwan),
avec Lee, Suk-Nam. Il a disparu pendant la guerre de Corée. Toutefois, Pyong Soo Kim, précise qu'il a pris contact
avec Maître Yoon par des courrier avec lui en Corée du Nord. Le Jidokwan et Chang Moo Kwan sont considérés
comme frère Kwans, Maître Yoon Chun et Master Chun sont souvent appelés les frères , à cause de la meme formation
Yoon, Byung In, le fondateur de Chang Moo Kwan, a également travaillé à titre de capitaine pendant un an dans le Cho
Yun Sun Moo Kwan en 1947. Plus tard il est allé au YMCA, puis fonda le Moo Kwan Chang.
Grande Grand master Yon, Kwai Byeong formés dans Chuan Fa en Mandchourie. Également formé et a obtenu son
brevet d'Shihan (Sabum) sous Kanken Toyama alors qu'il étudiait au Japon. Devenu 2e engagé à oeuvrer pour Sabum
Master Chun. Après Master Chun disparu pendant la guerre de Corée, l'origine des étudiants de Master Chun voté
Master Yon Jidokwan comme 1er Président. Toutefois, au milieu des années 1960, Master Yon opposé Kwan unité et
a été voté hors de Jidokwan. Chong Woo Lee est devenu le 2ème Jidokwan Président.
Avec la nomination du nouveau maître Yoon, Byung Game, qui était connu comme un grand maître parmi les Karateka,
Cho Yun Sun Moo Kwan est devenu très actif.
Le 25 Juin 1950, la guerre de Corée a commencé et le Grand master Chun, Sang Sup, fondateur de Cho Sun Yun Moo
Kwan, a été enlevé en Corée du Nord. Et pendant la période d'évacuation à Pusan, Cho Yun Sun Moo Kwan changé
en Jidokwan. Lee Chong Woo suggéré pour la première fois le changement de Cho Sun Yun Moo Kwan le titre avec
l'accord de Yoon, Byung Game, Cho Yun Sun Moo Kwan devenu Jidokwan.
«Après l'enlèvement de maître Chun, Sang Sup pendant la guerre de Corée, j'ai suggéré à Yoon, Byung Gwae pour le
changement de titre et avec son accord, je propose la nomination de Yoon, Byung Gwae comme le grand maître», a
déclaré Lee Chong Woo.
Jidokwan devenu très actif et gagné leur force en 1953, quand Jidokwan étendu leur organisation sur le Kuk Han Chae
Dojang Yuk's (Corée du centre sportif) Taekwondo Département.
Pendant cette période, une ou deux fois par an, ils pensaient faire une session extraordinaire.Parce que le Jidokwan
commencé à avoir des perturbations sur l'unité Kwan agir.
Au cours du développement de la Corée le Tae Soo Do Organisation, Ki Hwang a suivit le Moo Duk Kwan Yoon, Byung
Gwae et ses adeptes suivirent le Jidokwan est en opposition à l'unité Kwan .The title Jidokwan first used from Pusan in

Soo Kim states that he made contact with Master Yoon by writting letters to him in North Korea. Jidokwan and Chang
Moo Kwan are considered brother Kwans as Master Yoon and Master Chun were often called brothers due to training
together so much. Yoon, Byung In, the founder of Chang Moo Kwan, also worked as master for one year in the Cho Sun
Yun Moo Kwan in 1947. Later he went to the YMCA and then founded the Chang Moo Kwan. Great Grandmaster Yon,
Kwai Byeong trained in Chuan Fa in Manchuria. Also trained and was certified as a Shihan (Sabum) under Kanken

President. With appointment of new master Yoon, Gae Byung, who was known as a great master among the Karate
field, Cho Sun Yun Moo Kwan became very active. In June 25th 1950, the Korean War started and the Grandmaster
Chun, Sang Sup, founder of Cho Sun Yun Moo Kwan, was abducted to North Korea. And during the evacuation period
in Pusan, the Cho Sun Yun Moo Kwan changed their name to Jidokwan. Lee, Chong Woo first suggested the change of
the Cho Sun Yun Moo Kwan's title and with the agreement of Yoon, Gae Byung, Cho Sun Yun Moo Kwan became
Jidokwan. "After the abduction of master Chun, Sang Sup during the Korean war, I have suggested to Yoon, Gwae
Byung for the change of the title and with his agreement, I suggested the appointment of Yoon, Gwae Byung as the
grand master", said Lee, Chong Woo. Jidokwan became very active and gained their strength in 1953, when Jidokwan
extended their organization on the Han Kuk Chae Yuk Dojang’s (Korea Sports Center) Taekwondo Department.
