New Brunswick Society of Cardiology Technologists
General Meeting of Members
Notice is hereby given that the New Brunswick Society of
Cardiology Technologists (“NBSCT”) will hold a General Meeting
of Members on Saturday September 17/2016 at the Saint John
Regional Hospital (Room TBA) beginning at 1:00pm.
Registration begins at 12:30pm.
The following matters will be brought forward at the Meeting.
1. Approval of Agenda of Meeting
2. Approval of minutes of May 7/2016 meeting
3. Discussion regarding dues increase previously passed
4. To review further/other business as may be necessary or
desirable in connection with NBSCT or otherwise.
Each voting member in good standing may exercise one
vote at the meeting. If you are unable to attend, you may
vote by proxy or a member may, by means of written
proxy, appoint a proxy holder to attend and act in the
manner and to the extent authorized by the proxy.
There is no need to fill in a proxy unless you are NOT
planning to attend.

1. Approation de l’ordre du jour de la reunion
2. Approbation du proces-verbal de mai 7/2016
3. Discussion concernant augmentent des cotisations precedemment
adoptee
4. D’examiner plus/autre affaire qui pourrait etre necessaire ou
souhaitable dans le cadre de NBSCT ou autrement
Chaque membre votant en regle peut exercer un vote a l’assemblee. Si
vous ne parvenez pas d’e’tre a la reunion, vous pouvez voter par
procuration ou un membre peut. Par procuration ecrite, nommer un
mandataire pour assister et agir de la manière et dans la mesure
autorisee par la procuration.. Il n’y a pas besoin de remplir une
procuration, sauf si vous ne prevoyez pas d’etre present.
