Les HPV de types 6 et 11 sont responsables d'environ 90 % des verrues génitales. Méthodologie Analyse combinée de plusieurs études multicentriques internationales, contrôlées versus placebo, randomisées en double aveugle. Population étudiée : population per protocole (20 541 femmes âgées de 16 à 26 ans, naïves à au moins un des types d’HPV étudiés a l’inclusion et restées non infectées au 7ème mois, ayant reçu 3 injections à 0, 2, 6 mois). Critère principal : CIN 2/3 et AIS associés aux HPV 16/18 (analyse combinée des protocoles 005 (HPV16 uniquement), 007, 013, 015). VIN 2/3, VaIN 2/3 et verrues génitales associées aux HPV 6/11/16/18 (analyse combinée des protocoles 007, 013, 015). La durée médiane de suivie pour l’analyse combinée a été de 3,6 ans. Événements comptabilisées à partir du 7ème mois. 1.
