Résumé
Franklin Toussaint is a digital artist, recognized and appreciated in the field of French compositing. He began
his career in 2002 with a preparatory year to enter art schools. During the following two years, he trained
intensively in 2D animation and digital effects (LISAA); he obtained his bachelor’s degree with honors for
his technical mastery. His first professional experience soon led to short projects (advertising, videos, short

films…). From then on, he worked in various renowned French studios (Machine Molle, Cube Creative,
Mikros Image…), in which a wide variety of projects have enabled him to quickly master various new
techniques. In these multiple projects he had artistic freedom, which allowed him to become graphically
creative and to create new techniques. His superiors trusted him quickly; and thanks to the success of his
many projects, he was promoted to a “lead” position and eventually supervisor. His ambition did not stop
there; a few years later, he decided to turn to film to acquire new experiences. He joined the famous French
studio “Duran-Duboi” where he worked on several feature films. The studio’s closure led to the creation of a
new company: “The Company” (CGEV), directed by Alain Carsoux, with whom he worked closely. In just
two years at CGEV, his superiors recognized his talent and promoted him to a “lead” position, responsible
for several film sequences. He is now the supervisor of several projects. The strict quality requirements of
“VFX” for film rounded out his experience, allowing him to refine some technical aspects. For the past 10
years, Franklin Toussaint has been a key asset to the manufacture of digital visual effects. His rich professional
experience, artistic talents and technical mastery make him essential for any quality production.
