Medical and Surgical Hospitalisation
90% of the first 4500 EUR of covered
expenses.
100% of any additional covered expenses.
80% after 180 days of hospitalization.

Dental Prosthesis
50% of real expenses limited to 1800 EUR per
year per covered person and 450 EUR per
tooth.

Childbirth
90 % of the actual expenses limited to 4500
EUR.

Vision Care
90% of real expenses up to a limit of 450 EUR
per year and per person.

Burial Expenses
Burial expenses for accidental death of
covered persons under 65 will be reimbursed
up to 8000 EUR.
N.B. : The Annual global limit per person is 200 000 Euros.
CONCERNED AREA : European Union only : Outside the concerned area, the only covered health care fees are
those due to an accident or a sudden illness and presenting a sense of urgency.
