Château Guiraud 2013, 1er Grand Cru Classé en 1855, Sauternes
Château Guiraud was classified a Premier Grand Cru Classé in 1855. It is the oldest estate in Sauternes dating
back to the 15th century and is one of the largest in the appellation with vineyard holdings covering one hundred
hectares. Château Guiraud produces natural wines. It was the first 1855 Premier Grand Cru Classé to be certified
organic and the only château in Sauternes to apply genuine ecologic practices across all its vines. The wines
of Château Guiraud are marked with authenticity, characteristic acidity, minerality and exceptional depth. In
July 2006, it was purchased by four key figures; an industrialist, Robert Peugeot and three winemakers, Olivier
Bernard, Stephan von Neipperg and Xavier Planty.

Château d'Aiguilhe 2012, Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux
Acquired by Stephan von Neipperg at the end of 1998, Château d’Aiguilhe is one of the most beautiful
estates in the Côtes de Castillon. It stretches across one hundred and eleven hectares. Fifty hectares are
devoted exclusively to vineyards. The vines grow particularly well on the upper part of the slope where
they enjoy excellent natural drainage and south facing sunshine. These natural advantages, combined with
old vines, play an important role to produce extraordinary wines with power and finesse. The blend is
80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc.

Clos de l'Oratoire 2013, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé
Clos de l’Oratoire, located on a north east slope in the appellation of Saint-Emilion, has ten hectares of
vines. The soil is made up of Fronsac molasses on a layer of sand/clay subsoil which is ideal for the
production of Merlot which makes up 90% of the grapes grown on this estate. Clos de l’Oratoire is a
round, smooth, very seductive wine with a beautiful deep crimson colour and powerful fruit aromas. Merlot
makes the wine deliciously round and opulent, whereas the Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon
contribute power, aromatic complexity and a wonderful, long finish.

Château Canon La Gaffelière 2012, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé
Located south of the medieval village of Saint-Emilion, at the foot of the appellation's main slope, the soil
at Château Canon La Gaffelière is composed of well-drained clay-limestone and clay-sand. The proportion
of grape varieties used in the blend is atypical for the appellation and almost equally divided between
Merlot and Cabernet. Cabernet ripens very early on Canon La Gaffelière's warm soil, complementing
Merlot's opulence, considerable power and aromatic complexity. The two varieties marry beautifully to give
Canon La Gaffelière its natural elegance and finesse.

La Mondotte 2012, Saint-Émilion Premier Grand Cru Classé
La Mondotte has four and a half hectares of vines east of the Saint-Emilion limestone plateau. This jewel
of a vineyard has all the natural resources to produce great wine. The soil consists primarily of clay with
a large amount of silt on rocky subsoil. The poor terroir forces the vines to sink their roots deep into the
earth for nourishment. Natural drainage and ideal sun exposure enables the grapes, especially Merlot, to
ripen under the best possible conditions. La Mondotte's unique clay soil, together with a natural tendency
towards early ripening, produces yields less than thirty hectolitres per hectare. These ideal conditions
combine to produce deeply-coloured, well-structured wines of unparalleled elegance and extraordinary
opulence.

Château Gazin, once the site of an 18th Century village, is built on the foundations of a hospital which was
constructed in the 12th Century by the Knights of Malta to accommodate the pilgrims on their way to
Santiago de Compostella. Fifty six point eight acres are under vine in a single plot out of a total area of
sixty four point two acres which are planted on the renowned clay-gravel plateau of the Pomerol
appellation. The estate produces up to 100,000 bottles a year. A second label, L’Hospitalet de Gazin, was
created in 1986, produced from younger vines reserved for this wine.

Nestled on a limestone plateau in Saint-Émilion, Château Canon is an exemplary estate with a terroir of
exceptional quality which led it to become a 1er Cru Classé in 1954. Surrounded by walls, the vineyards
are planted on gentle slopes which sweep down to the village of Saint-Émilion. The team at Château
Canon has maximised the potential of the terroir to reveal complexity and finesse in its wines which
continues under its owners Chanel, who bought the property in 1996.

The generous nature of Château Rauzan-Ségla would not be what it is today without an important human
dimension. In 1661 it was Pierre de Rauzan’s dream to earn his vineyard a place in the world of Grands
Vin which inspired generations to follow. Nicolas Audebert and his team continue the work of precision
undertaken by Chanel in 1994. The wines of Rauzan-Ségla have a generous bouquet and stylish elegance
which express the terroir of the appellation.

of the vines is over thirty five years old. Two wines are produced: Château Branaire-Ducru, the first wine
and Duluc de Branaire-Ducru, the second label produced from younger vines. The blend is predominantly
Cabernet Sauvignon but includes some Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The winemaking policy
is to produce ripe, fruity wines which preserve their elegance and complexity with age.

The Cuvelier family, wine merchants in Lille since 1804, bought Château Le Crock in Saint-Estèphe in
1903. In 1947 one of the partners, Max Cuvelier, settled in Bordeaux and opened a second wine merchant
business, H. Cuvelier & Son. His son Olivier took over the business in 1985. His other son Didier has run
the vineyards since 1979. Château le Crock is perfectly located on gravelly soil between Cos d’Estournel
and Montrose. It follows sustainable viticultural practices using environmentally friendly methods rather
than herbicides. Château Le Crock produces rich, powerful wines, with great aromatic complexity with
powerful tannins, a delicately oaky, rich bouquet underlined by a full, fleshy structure developing finesse
during ageing resulting in a complex, elegant wine.

production of this wine as its two older brothers, Château Léoville Poyferré and Château Moulin Riche. It
is a well-balanced, easy-drinking wine revealing the fruity character and finesse of the Grand Vin. This
wine is not sold En Primeur.

The Cuvelier family acquired Château Moulin Riche and Château Léoville Poyferré in 1920. Classified a
Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel in 1932, Château Moulin Riche was known as the second wine of Château
Léoville Poyferré for many years during the restructuration of the vineyards, which began with the arrival
of Didier Cuvelier in 1979. Its first full château-status wine was launched with the 2009 vintage. The vines
of Château Moulin Riche grow in a specific area with its own particular terroir and character. This wine
benefits from the same careful attention and displays similar qualities as Château Léoville Poyferré balance, elegance and finesse. It matures earlier making this wine enjoyable when young.

Château Pontet-Canet dates back to the beginning of the 18th Century and was classified a Grand Cru
Classé in 1855. Since its creation, only three families have owned this illustrious property. Today, its
proud owners are Alfred Tesseron and his two nieces, Mélanie and Philippine. Alfred has been running
the estate for the past twenty years alongside his Régisseur, Jean-Michel Comme and from 2005, with
his niece Melanie Tesseron. They work the vineyard like a vegetable garden, respecting the natural rhythm
of the seasons while maximising the potential of its terroir without the use of pesticides. The vines have
benefited from this natural harmony, producing wines which display precision, purity and character. From
2010, the entire vineyard of Pontet-Canet has been certified organic and biodynamic.
