Experts from BDO will discuss the impact of new and amended International Financial Reporting
Standards effective for 2012 year ends on credit union financial statements. In particular, new
disclosure requirements for transfers of financial assets, and general tips for improving financial
statement disclosures will be discussed. The presentation will also cover the impacts of the
upcoming amendments to International Accounting Standard (IAS) 19 on Employee Benefits
and conclude with an update on future amendments in the works that are likely to have an
impact on credit union financial statements.
This webinar will be of interest to credit union CEOs, CFOs, members of the Audit Committee,
compliance and chief risk officers, internal and external auditors.
There will be ample opportunities to ask questions throughout the presentation.
