Le Gala de l’ESC Rennes Alumni est organisé le samedi 4 juin 2016, au
Château de la Robinais, à Bain-de-Bretagne.
Cette première édition organisée par l’ESC RENNES ALUMNI a battu tous les
records puisque plus de 500 diplômés seront réunis samedi soir pour fêter
l’obtention de leur diplôme !
Vous trouverez ci-après des informations pratiques à lire attentivement
concernant le déroulement de la soirée :
1. Récupération de vos entrées Gala (16H-17H30) :
En arrivant au Liberté, merci de vous présenter entre 16h et 17h30 (avant le
début de la Graduation Ceremony) au stand « Gala ESC Rennes Alumni » situé
dans le hall afin que nous vous remettions en main propre vos bracelets et tickets
boisson pour la soirée.
Merci de vous munir d’une pièce d’identité (carte d’identité ou d’étudiant) pour le
retrait de votre entrée, qui vous sera délivrée individuellement.
2. Transferts sur le lieu de la soirée (21H et 22H30) :
Nous vous rappelons que les navettes sont obligatoires pour vous rendre sur le
lieu de la soirée et votre retour. Aucun véhicule ne sera autorisé à entrer sur le
site.
Important : merci de noter que votre choix d’horaire de navette aller (21H ou
22H30) s’effectuera au moment de votre passage au stand Gala, en fonction du
nombre de places disponibles et devra être respecté pour garantir le bon
déroulement des transferts.
Vous n’êtes pas autorisés à reprendre vos véhicules au Liberté si vous n’êtes pas
en état de conduire après l’évènement. Nous vous invitons à commander un taxi
(02 99 30 79 79) ou à télécharger au préalable l’application "eCab" sur Iphone ou
Android.

3. Restauration et boissons:
Votre entrée vous donne accès à 5 boissons gratuites. Il sera néanmoins possible
pour ceux qui le souhaitent de se restaurer sur place et d’acheter des
consommations supplémentaires (bar payant – prix unitaire boisson = 5 €).
Info pratique : il n’y a pas de distributeur sur place, pensez donc à retirer de
l’espèce à Rennes avant le départ si nécessaire !

Hello,
ESC Rennes Alumni Gala Reception is organized on Saturday the 4th of June
2016, in the “Château de la Robinais”, in Bain-de-Bretagne.
This first edition organised by the ESC Rennes Alumni has beaten all records of
attendance: more than 500 people will celebrate their graduation on Saturday
night!
Please read carefully informations below about the event’s organization:
1. Gala tickets pick up (from 4:00PM to 5:30PM)
When arriving at the Liberté, please go to the booth « Gala ESC Rennes Alumni »
located in the hall of the Liberté between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM (before the
beginning of the Graduation Ceremony), to pick up your wristbands and drink
tickets.
You will be asked to show an ID or student card. You have to pick up your
wristband personnally.

2. Shuttles to "Château de La Robinais" (9:00PM and 10:30PM)
We remind you that shuttles are mandatory to go to the party and come back. No
car will be allowed to enter the site.
Important: Please note that you will be asked to choose your shuttle hour
(9:00PM or 10:30PM) when you will pick up your wristband at our booth,
depending on available seats. It is mandatory to respect the hour you choose.
When coming back to the Liberté by shuttle at the end of the party, you are not
allowed to take your car at the Liberté if you can’t drive. You can call a cab (+33 2
99 30 79 79) or download “eCab” App. on Iphone or Android.
3. Catering and beverages
5 free drinks are included with your entrance. A catering service and a bar are
available on site, they are not included, you will pay extra for it (5 € per drink).
Useful information: there is no ATM at the Castle, so do not forget to get some
money in Rennes before departure if needed!
