Foreign car registration papers
European compliance certificate (original) delivered by the manufacturer in France
or Certificate of identification into a french type delivered by the manufacturer in France
or Certificate of identification (RTI) delivered by the DREAL*
«quitus fiscal» for the french tax (TVA) delivered by the Tax Officer**
for the vehicles which come from European Union
or Certificate of clearance from the customs (846 A)
for the vehicles which don’t come from European Union
Certificate of transfer or bill
«Déclaration d’achat» if the vehicle has been bought in a french garage
Technical test made less than 6 months ago by a french technical control center
if the car is more than 4 years old
Form filled in and signed by the owner(s)
Valid proof of identity (passport)
Proof of your address in Creuse
