Pursuant to the provisions of section 361 of The Education Act, 1995, I, Ken Krawetz, Minister of Education, do hereby amend Minister’s Order No. 037/2007-08, dated October 4, 2007 and effective October 4, 2007, which altered the boundary between the Saskatchewan Rivers School Division No. 119 of Saskatchewan and the Living Sky School Division No. 202 of Saskatchewan, in the following manner: 1 The description of land location is amended by deleting paragraph No. 3: “In Township 59, Range 9: the southwest quarter of section 1.” And substituting: “In Township 50, Range 9: the southwest quarter of section 1.” 2 All the corrections contained in and referred to in this Order shall be effective on and from October 4, 2007. Pursuant to the provisions of section 361 of The Education Act, 1995, I, Ken Krawetz, Minister of Education, do hereby amend Minister’s Order No. 019/2005-06, dated April 19, 2005 and effective April 30, 2005, which disestablished the Estevan Rural School Division No. 62 of Saskatchewan, Estevan School Division No. 95 of Saskatchewan, Moosomin School Division No. 9 of Saskatchewan, Souris Moose Mountain School Division No. 122 of Saskatchewan, South Central School Division No. 141 of Saskatchewan, Sunrise School Division No. 145 of Saskatchewan, and Estevan Comprehensive School Division No. 127 of Saskatchewan and established the South East School Division No. 209 of Saskatchewan, renamed South East Cornerstone School Division No. 209 of Saskatchewan effective December 1, 2005 by Minister’s Order No. 115/2005-06 dated December 1, 2005, in the following manner: 1 The description of sub-division No. 2 is amended by deleting paragraph No. 29: “In Township 13, Range 1: section 2, the west half of half of section 3, and the southeast quarter of section 4.” And substituting: 2 “In Township 13, Range 1: section 2, the east half of half of section 3, and the southeast quarter of section 4.” All the corrections contained in and referred to in this Order shall be effective on and from April 30, 2005. Pursuant to the provisions of section 361 of The Education Act, 1995, I, Ken Krawetz, Minister of Education, do hereby amend Minister’s Order No. 122/2005-06, dated December 19, 2005 and effective January 1, 2006, which disestablished the Aberdeen Roman Catholic Separate School Division No. 214 of Saskatchewan and alter the boundaries of the St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Separate School Division No. 20 of Saskatchewan, to include the land comprising the Aberdeen Roman Catholic Separate School Division No. 214 of Saskatchewan, in the following manner: 1 The description of paragraph No. 5 is amended by deleting item No. 11: “All West of the Principal Meridian.” And substituting: 2 “All West of the Second Meridian.” The description of paragraph No. 5 is amended by deleting item No. 28: “All West of the Second Meridian.” And substituting: 3 “All West of the Third Meridian.” All the corrections contained in and referred to in this Order shall be effective on and from January 1, 2006. Terry Schmidt, Assistant Deputy Minister, Saskatchewan Highways and Infrastructure. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Planning and Development Act, 2007 [section 99] ______________________ MINISTER’S ORDER TO ESTABLISH THE YORKTON PLANNING DISTRICT Pursuant to section 99 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007, I hereby order the establishment of the Yorkton Planning District as described below: Affiliated Municipalities In accordance with their respective bylaws to authorize the execution of a Revised Memorandum of Agreement, for the Yorkton Planning District, the following municipalities and regional park authority are affiliated with the planning district: Rural Municipality of Wallace No. 243 (Bylaw No. Z2-07) Rural Municipality of Orkney No. 244 (Bylaw No. 13/2007) City of Yorkton (Bylaw No. 18/2007) York Lake Regional Park Authority (Bylaw No. 1/2007) THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, FEBRUARY 15, 2008 261 Area Description The Yorkton Planning District shall comprise of lands within the corporate limits of the RM of Wallace No. 243, and the RM of Orkney No. 244 as shown as Schedule “A” within the Agreement. Appointment of a District Planning Commission The affiliated municipalities and regional park authority have agreed to the “Yorkton District Planning Commission”, consisting of nine (9) members to be selected as follows: (a) two (2) members to be appointed by each municipal council; (b) two (2) members to be appointed by the Board of the York Lake Regional Park Authority; (c) one (1) member to be appointed jointly by the municipal councils and the Board of the York Lake Regional Park Authority. The matters referred to in clauses 97(c) and (d) of the aforementioned Act, are addressed in the Memorandum of Agreement.
