To participants eligible for financial assistance :
In order to enable us to prepare the exact amount due (with a maximum of 350 EUR) for
this meeting, would you be so kind as to send by fax or by e-mail as soon as
possible to Nadine Janssen ([email protected]) a copy of your flight ticket or the
travel agency invoice, with the price clearly indicated.
Please note that for practical reason if we do not have the required information in time, a
bank transfer will be made after the meeting to refund your travel expenses.

EUR), voudriez-vous avoir l'amabilité d'envoyer dans les plus brefs délais à Nadine
Janssen ([email protected]), par fax ou par e-mail, une copie de votre billet d'avion
ou de la facture de l'agence de voyage où figure clairement le prix.
Veuillez noter que, pour des raisons pratiques, si nous ne recevons pas les informations
requises à temps, le remboursement de vos frais de voyage s'effectuera par virement
bancaire après la réunion.

Damit wir den exakten Betrag auszahlen können (maximal 350 Euro), bitten wir euch, für
diese Sitzung so schnell wie möglich per Fax oder E-Mail eine Kopie eures Flugtickets
oder der Rechnung des Reisebüros an Nadine Janssen ([email protected]) zu
übermitteln. Der Preis für das Ticket muss aus diesen Unterlagen eindeutig
hervorgehen.
Wir weisen darauf hin, dass im Fall einer nicht rechtzeitigen Vorlage der gewünschten
Unterlagen eine Banküberweisung zur Erstattung der Reisekosten aus praktischen Gründen
erst nach der Veranstaltung erfolgt.
