Simple dishes prepared with the freshest fish, unloaded every morning directly from the fishing boats of
Étaples. Fish of the day prepared according to chef’s preference and the species of fish available: grilled
fish a la plancha, three recipes of mussels to choose from, seafood salad, seafood pizza, seafood platter,
Gillardeau oysters... At the bar (video screen): fisherman’s sandwich, tapas, accras, frittered fish, cheese
