Le comité organisateur vous souhaite la bienvenue à Baie D’Urfé et vous remercie de votre
participation.
Ce bulletin se veut un complément des détails cités dans l’invitation de la compétition.
Déroulement
Par courtoisie envers les autres entraîneurs et les parents, nous vous demandons de nous faire part
de vos forfaits le plus rapidement possible.
Arrivée
À votre arrivée veuillez vous présenter à la Grange Rouge et nous vous remettrons une enveloppe
d’information contenant votre liste de nageurs, programmes, feuilles de relais, invitation et
bulletin technique. Une nouvelle enveloppe vous sera remise chaque jour.
Réunions des entraîneurs
Nous tiendrons une réunion des entraîneurs pour mieux vous informer et aussi pour obtenir vos
suggestions et opinions sur le déroulement de la compétition. La réunion aura lieu 20 minutes
avant le début de la compétition. La réunion aura lieu dans la Grange Rouge.

Règlements
Les règlements de la SNC et de la FNQ sont en vigueur. Toutes les épreuves sont des finales par
le temps.
Relais
Les feuilles de relais devront être remises au plus tard avant la fin de l’échauffement samedi et
dimanche. VEUILLEZ INSCRIRE NOM, PRÉNOM et NUMÉRO SÉQUENTIEL.
Échauffements
Il y aura deux (2) périodes d’échauffement de 25 minutes chaque, samedi et dimanche de 12h00 à
12h25, et de 12h25 à 12h50 (voir tableau ci-joint pour jours et heures de chaque club).

INFORMATIONS GÉNÉRALES
Directions à la piscine Baie D’Urfé
Prendre l’autoroute 20 jusqu’à la sortie boul. Morgan. Prendre la direction sud. Suivre Morgan
jusqu’au bout. Tourner à droite sur boul. Bord-du-lac. Aller 1,7km jusqu’à la rue Churchill;
tournez à droite pour le stationnement gratuit, a cote du club de tennis.
Spectateurs
Il y a un nombre de places limité pour les spectateurs à la piscine. Il est important que tous les
spectateurs restent dans la zone limitée aux spectateurs. Apportez vos chaises. De la nourriture
sera disponible à prix raisonnables. Ceci est une piscine extérieure, habillez-vous en
conséquence.
Stationnement
Le stationnement est gratuit, mais suivez les consignes car LA VILLE DONNE DES
CONTRAVENTIONS – ne stationnez pas au demi-cercle devant la Grange Rouge.

The Organizing Committee welcomes you to Baie D’Urfe and would like to thank you for your
participation.
This bulletin should be added to the information listed in the invitation.
Procedures
By courtesy to the other coaches and the parents, we are asking you to send any scratches as soon
as possible. We will be marshaling the younger swimmers beside the shallow end of the pool.
Arrivals
Upon your arrival, you should go directly to the Red Barn and you will get an information
package containing your swimmers’ list, programs, relay sheets, invitation and technical bulletin.
A new package will be given each day.
Coaches’ Meetings
There will be one coaches’ meetings to update you and to obtain your suggestions and opinions
concerning the meet. The meeting will be held approximately 30 minutes before the beginning of
the meet. The meeting will be held in the Red Barn.

Rules and Regulations
The SNC and FNQ Rules and Regulations will be in effect. Every event is a time final.
Relays
Relay sheets must be given to the Clerk of Course by the end of warm-up each day. PLEASE
WRITE LAST NAME, FIRST NAME and SEQUENTIAL NUMBER.
Warm up times
There will be two (2) warm up periods of 25 minutes each day: from 12:00pm to 12:25pm, and
from 12:25 to 12:50pm, please refer to the schedule below.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Directions to the Baie D’Urfe pool
Take Highway 20 to the Morgan exit. Take Morgan south. Follow Morgan to the end. Turn right
on Lakeshore Blvd. Continue 1.7km to Churchill and turn right for free parking next to the tennis
club.
Spectators
There is limited spectator seating at Baie D’Urfe pool, we ask that all spectators remain within
the boundaries of the spectator area. Bring your chairs. Food will be available at a reasonable
price. This is an outdoor meet, dress according to weather forecasts.
Parking
Parking is free, but beware of the signs – THE CITY WILL TICKET YOU – do not park in the
Red Barn circle.
