the membership card of youth hostels (2009 prices: 11euros for -26 years old

INFORMATION ON THE LOCA-PASS
To benefit from the LOCA-PASS, the student has to be in one of the situations
hereunder:

Having a fixed-term contract of a minimum of three months when applying for
the help.
Justifying of one or several fixed-term contracts of minimum three months,
during the six months prior to the application.
Justifying of an internship agreement with a duration minimum of three months
when applying for the help.
There are two types of help:

The LOCA-PASS advance
The LOCA-PASS guarantee
1. LOCA-PASS advance
This advance allows you to pay your security deposit.
Modalities
It is a free advance of your security deposit, paid in priority directly to the lessor,
repayable at the tenant’s departure, in priority directly by the lessor.
Amount
At most 2 months of the rent.
For the social residences, 1 month’s charge.
Interest rate
0%
Rights opened
An agreement is consistently given for each applicant fulfilling the conditions.
The file, once fulfilled, is examined within 8 days.
In the absence of answer, the LOCA-PASS is considered granted.
2. LOCA-PASS guarantee
The organization acts as a guarantor for the renter.
The guarantee assures up to 18 months of rent and charges.
It is engaged if the renter does not pay a month's rent.
Modalities
Commitment is made by the beneficiary to reimburse the total amount interestfree for the duration of 3 years with prolongation possible.
Conditions
Act of deposit appended to the lease.
Impossible to hold concurrently several LOCA-PASS guarantees on a same lease
which restricts the use of the LOCA-PASS for flatmates.
To hold the guarantee and the advance concurrently is possible.
Rights opened
An agreement is consistently given for each applier fulfilling the conditions.
The file, once fulfilled, is examined within 8 days.
In the absence of answer, the LOCA-PASS is considered granted.
