Job Opening : Sport-Study program and Supervisor of the 10 and under program (150 kids)
Pointe-Claire Swim Club is looking to hire a Head Coach for the 10 and under program and the sport
education program ( swim after class 13h-15h30 Monday to Friday) on a full-time basis for the 20152016 season, starting in September 1, 2015.
Pointe-Claire Swim Club is renowned as one of the best swim clubs in Canada with 400 swimmers, of
which 150 are Bout de Chou (10 and under).
The position of Head Coach – 10 and under will be responsible for the development of young athletes
and of the 10 and under coaches, in keeping with the tradition of excellence and enthusiasm which has
represented PCSC for decades. Also, Organise and train the sport and education (11-15 years old)
program during the afternoon.
Qualifications
- 3 years of previous experience working with 10 and under and ages groups swimmers
- Coaching certification Level 2 would be an advantage
- Demonstrate enthusiasm when working with young athletes
- Have strong communication skills
- Have good organizational skills and be comfortable working on the computer
Main Responsibilities
- Organize and train a group of young athletes
- Organize and train a team of 10 and under coaches
- Participate in weekly meetings with the PCSC Head Coach
- Meet once a week with the 10 and under coaching team
- Organise and train the sport and education (11-15 years old) program during the afternoon.
- Respond to questions from parents
Salary
The salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience (35 000$ to 50 000$).

d’âges.
L’équipe de natation de Pointe-Claire est à la recherche d’un entraineur à temps plein pour la saison
2015-2016, qui débutera le 1 septembre 2015.
Le Club de natation de Pointe-Claire est reconnu comme étant un des meilleurs clubs au Canada. Notre
programme compte plus de 400 nageurs, dont 150 bouts de choux.
Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un entraineur Chef 10 ans et moins et entraîneur sport
études qui sera responsable du développement des jeunes athlètes du programme 10 ans et moins, des
nageurs sport-études et des entraîneurs bout de chou afin de continuer la tradition d’excellence et
d’enthousiasme que démontre notre club depuis des décennies.
Qualifications :
- 3 ans d’expérience antérieure en entrainement des 10 ans et moins et des nageurs groupes d’âges
- Détenir un niveau 2 en natation serait un atout
- Avoir d’enthousiasme en travaillant avec les jeunes
- Être un bon communicateur
- Avoir des habiletés d’organisations et doit être habile en informatique.
Responsabilités et principales tâches
- Diriger et entraîner un groupe de jeunes athlètes
- Diriger et former les entraîneurs du programme bout de chou
- Être présent aux rencontres hebdomadaires d’entraîneurs-chef
- Rencontrer les entraîneurs du programme une fois par semaine
-Répondre aux questions des parents
Salaire :
Le salaire sera déterminé en fonction des qualifications et de l’expérience (35 000$-50 000$)
