Kurt Kiefer – presented November financials, noted a financially solid year in 2012 and
projected a conservative 2013.
Motion: The NAA Board of Directors shall approve the expense projections for
NAA 2013 as presented.

CEO Report – Hannes Combest
Hannes Combest updated the Board on possible locations for conference and show in
Minnesota for 2015 and other miscellaneous business.
