HOW TO GET PROMPT, EFFICIENT
SERVICE
Your storkcraft baby product is warranted
against defects in workmanship or materials
for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.
This warranty shall be limited to repairing or
replacing any part of the product which, in
the opinion of the company, shall be proved
to be defective in materials or workmanship
under normal use and service during the one
year warranty period. During the one year
warranty period, repair or replacement of
parts shall be made by storkcraft baby at no
charge. Date of purchase of the product must
be established by production of your sales
slip or other satisfactory evidence.

portee de la main. Ne laisser jamais l’enfant seul. L’enfant ne doit peser pas plus de 30 lbs.
ATTENTION!
Read all instructions before use of the changing table. Keep instructions for future use. DO NOT
use the changing table if it is damaged or broken. To prevent serious or fatal injury, always keep
child within arm’s reach. Never leave child unattended. Child must be no more than 30 lbs to use
this changing table.

Assemblage de la panneau arriere
2.ASSEMBLE BACK PANEL
Inserrer 2 goujons (J) dans chaque
extrémités du panneau arrière (A).
L’attacher au côté (D) comme indiqué
dans le schéma.
Insert 1 black step dowel (J) into each
end of back panel (A). Attach back
panel to side panel (D) using 1-3/4”
bolt (O) as shown in diagram.
Placer 3 traverses de tablette (B & C) par
terre avec les rainures vers le haut.
Inserrer un goujon noir (J) dans les trous
aux extrémités des traverses (B & C).
Attacher le panneau de côté gauche (D)
avec les rainures vers l’interieure et en
utilisant le boulon long (H) et le manchon
fileté (I), attacher les traverses comme
indiqué dans le schéma.
Place 3 shelf cross rails (B & C) flat on
the floor with the grooves facing up.
Insert a black step dowel (J) into the
lower end hole of each shelf cross
rails (B & C). Position side panel (D)
with groove side facing in. Using the
long bolt (H), and barrel nut (I), attach
shelf cross rails (B & C) to the side
panel (D).

Insérez la tablette cochée (F) dans la
rainure de la traverse de tabelette (C)
et du panneau de côté (D). Insérez les
deux autres rainures des traverses de
tablettes (C). Verifiez l’alignement
des trois tablettes.
Slip the notched shelf (F) into the
grooves of the top shelf cross rail (B)
and the side panel (D). Slide the other
two shelves (G) into the other set of
grooves in cross rails (C). Be sure that
the three shelves are properly
positioned and aligned.
Avec les 3 traverses de tablettes (B &
C) ) attachez-les au panneau de côté
(D), utilisant les gougeons noirs (J)
les boulons longs (H) et les manchons
filetes (I) de la même manière que l’

With the remaining 3 shelf cross rails
(B & C), attach them to the left side
panel (D) using the black step dowels
(J), long bolts (H) and barrel nuts (I)
similar to step 1. Make sure the
shelves are properly inserted into the
grooves.

3.ASSEMBLE SHELVES
Securiser les supports en metal (K) au
dessous de chaque tablette avec la vis #8
x 3/4” (L) fournie. S’assurer que la ceinture
(I) soit attachee au dessous de la tablette
du haut en attachant le support en metal.
Serrer toutes les vis et boulons puis
redresser la table debout. Débaler le
coussinet (J) et jeter le sac en plastic.
Placer le coussinet sur la tablette du haut
et y glisser la ceinture autour.
Attach metal shelf braces (K) to the
underside of each shelf using #8 x 3/4”
screws (L) provided. Make sure to attach
the safety strap (I) to the underside of the
top shelf when attaching the metal brace.
Tighten all screws and bolts and stand
dressing table upright. Remove foam pad
(J) from plastic bag and discard plastic.
Place foam pad on top shelf and slip safety
strap over foam pad.
6.ASSEMBLE SAFETY STRAP AND METAL BRACES
Pour enfiler la ceinture de securité et les supports en metal
Insérez les goujons noirs (J) dans les trous
correspondants des traverses de tablettes
(B & C) de la même manière que de l’autre
côté. Positionnez le second panneau (E)
en vérifiant l’alignement des gougeons et
des rainures. Utilisant le reste des 6
boulons longs (H) et des manchons filetés
(I), attachez toutes les pièces au panneau
de côté (E).
Insert black step dowels (J) into their
corresponding holes on the shelf cross
rails (B & C) the same way they were
inserted into the other end. Carefully
position the right side panel (E) making
sure the dowels and the shelves are lined
up to their corresponding holes and
grooves respectively. Using the remaining
long bolts (H) and barrel nuts (I), attach all
the parts to the right side panel (E).

joints, missing parts or sharp edges. DO NOT use the dresser if any parts are
missing or broken.

If re-finishing, use non-toxic finish specified for children’s products.
Do not use this dresser if the attached or enclosed instructions cannot be strictly
adhered to.
