ACADEMIC DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT
You must present a high school diploma, or a college or university diploma, provided you
completed the program, or an affiliated real estate agent certificate (902.57 Program
only). For studies completed abroad, you will need an avis d’équivalence d’études or a
copy of your diploma that helps us to establish the equivalence. You must present proof
of your studies according one of the four situations as follows :
1. If you studied in Quebec and complete the high school diploma or more :
 High school diploma, college or university
or
 Last transcript
2. If you studied in Quebec, but you didn’t complete the high school diploma :
 Proof of your studies + Resume
3. If you studied in another country :
 Avis d’équivalences d’études québécoises from the Ministère de l’Immigration du
Quebec
WHERE TO OBTAIN THE DOCUMENTS?
The required documents (original or certified copy) must be enclosed with Educational
services contract and sent to the College.
If you need proof of your studies, proceed as follows:

