Titulaire d’un baccalauréat en gestion de HEC Montréal, Béatrice
maîtrise parfaitement trois langues, soit le français, l’anglais, et l’
italien. Elle a débuté sa carrière comme conseillère à la location d’
espaces et aux services dédiés aux entreprises pour la Société de
développement Angus. Elle s’est jointe par la suite à Développement
économique Longueuil (DEL) à titre de directrice adjointe,
Développement du parc immobilier et localisation de sites. Elle y
était responsable de la promotion du développement du parc
immobilier, de la location de différents sites, et de la mise à jour de
l’inventaire des locaux et des bâtiments disponibles sur le territoire.
Elle était également préposée à l’accompagnement des clients à la
recherche d’installations physiques répondant à leur besoins.
L’expérience que Béatrice a acquise lors de son séjour à DEL lui a
permis de connaître mieux que quiconque le territoire de la RiveSud; d’identifier les banques de terrains et d’immeubles; et d’établir
des relations avec les propriétaires fonciers, les promoteurs, les
développeurs, les autorités municipales, et les gens d’affaires de la
région. En un peu plus de deux ans et demi, elle a contribué à plus
de 60 transactions de location et de vente dans les marchés
industriel, commercial et de bureaux, pour un total de près d’un
million de pieds carrés.
En 2006, Béatrice s’est jointe à l’agence immobilière NAI
Commercial, reconnue pour son importante présence sur la RiveSud. Elle travaille conjointement avec Paul-Éric à la vente et à la
location d’immeubles industriels et au développement de terrains.
Elle a su mettre à profit ses connaissances du marché et a ainsi
réalisé depuis les cinq dernières années plus de 300 transactions
totalisant plus de 175 millions de dollars.
Dynamique et soucieuse de satisfaire en tout point sa clientèle, elle
assure le suivi auprès des clients et la préparation des documents
légaux nécessaires à la réalisation des transactions.
Béatrice est nouvellement titulaire du prestigieux titre de SIOR
(Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) un symbole professionnel
des plus renommé en matière de savoir, de production et d’éthique
dans l’industrie du courtage immobilier. Béatrice est la première
femme au Québec à obtenir ce titre.

and is fluent in French, English and Italian. She began her career as
an advisor for the leasing of spaces and business services for the
Société de développement Angus. She then joined the team at
Développement économique Longueuil (DEL) as assistant manager
for real estate inventory development and site localization. There,
she was responsible for promoting real estate inventory, site leasing,
and updating the inventory of spaces and buildings available on the
territory. She was also in charge of accompanying clients in their
search for installations that met their needs.
The experience Béatrice acquired during her time at DEL provided
her with unparalleled knowledge of the South Shore territory. This
served her well in identifying land and building sites, and
establishing relationships with landowners, promoters, developers,
municipal authorities and business people from the area. In little
over two and a half years, she was involved in 60 lease and sale
transactions in the industrial, commercial and office space markets,
which translate to nearly one million square feet.
Béatrice joined NAI Commercial in 2006. The real estate agency is
known for its strong presence on the South Shore. Working
alongside Paul-Éric in industrial property sales and leasing, as well
as land development, she put her extensive knowledge of the market
to good use in the last five years by completing 300 transactions
totalling 175 million dollars.
Béatrice is dynamic and completely focused on client satisfaction.
She performs diligent client follow-ups and prepares all legal
documentation required to complete the transactions.
Beatrice Roquet has recently earned the prestigious SIOR (Society of
Industrial and Office Realtors) designation, which is a professional
symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in
the real estate industry. Beatrice is the first woman in Quebec to
obtain this designation.

Beatrice ammaestra il francese, l’inglese e l’italiano. Ha iniziato la
sua carriera come consigliera all’affito ed ai servizi alle imprese per il
conto della Società di sviluppo Angus. Si è giunta di seguito à
Developpement économique Longueil (DEL) come vice-direttrice,
sviluppo del parco immobiliare e localizzazione di siti. Era

L’esperienza acquistata da Beatrice durante il suo passaggio a DEL
gli ha permesso di conoscere pui di tutti il territorio della Rive-Sud
d’identificare terreni da costruire ed immobili disponibili, e di
stabilire relazioni con proprietari, promotori, costruttori e gente di
affari, anziché autorità municipali. In poco piu di due anni e mezzo,
ha contribuito a più di 60 transazioni di affito e di vendita nei
mercati industriale e commerciale, per un totale di quasi un milione
di piedi quadri.
