Templiers,
La «Réunion Annuelle des Grands Prieurs et Prieurs du Monde» de l’OSMTH, qui a complété le Chapitre
d’Investiture, et qui s’est déroulé en ALLEMAGNE cette année, a été un grand succès.
C’est en effet, une des plus émouvantes et des plus belles Cérémonies vécue depuis le début de ces réunions
annuelles, dont la première a été organisée en FRANCE en 2005.
Cela a été «grandiose», l’organisation et l’esprit de grande Fraternité entre les Pays présents a dépassé le
stade de la Fraternité pour atteindre celui de l’Amour Chevaleresque qui nous unit.
Des décisions importantes pour le fonctionnement mondial ont été prises lors de la Réunion du Comité Mondial
et les propositions d’aide humanitaire ont été très nombreuses. Le travail des Templiers modernes ne fait que
commencer.
Il faut noter aussi la participation d’Ordres amis pour la première fois officiellement, cela ouvre des portes et
nos cœurs à la Fraternité universelle.
24 Pays étaient présents et plus de 30 représentés, ce qui fait de cette Manifestation la plus importante en
participation de Grands Prieurés, et Pays du monde entier.
La présence de notre Grand Maître Dom Fernando PINTO de SOUSA FONTES a complété la réussite et surtout a
donné une nouvelle orientation à l’Ordre mondial pour son avenir.
Que nos Frères d’ALLEMAGNE et leur Grand Prieur soient remerciés pour la qualité de leur accueil, et reçoivent
nos félicitations pour le travail accompli.

Knight Templars,
The “Annual Meeting of the Grand Priors and Priors of the World” of l’OSMTH, which has completed the Chapter
of the Investiture which has taken place in Germany this year, was a great success.
This is indeed, one of the moving and of the finest ceremonial lived since the beginning of these annual
meetings, which the first was held in FRANCE in 2005.
it has been "grandiose”, the organization and the spirit of Brotherhood between these countries exceeded the
stage of the Brotherhood to reach Chivalric love that unites us.
important decisions for the global operation have been taken during the World Committee Meeting and
proposals for humanitarian aid have been very many. The work of Modern Knight Templars has just begun.
It should be noted also the participation of friends Orders for the first time officially, it opens doors and our
hearts to the universal Brotherhood.
24 Countries were present and more of 30 represented, which makes this the most important in event
participation of Grand Priories and Countries around the world.
The presence of our Grand Master Dom Fernando PINTO de SOUSA FONTES has completed the success and

In diesem Jahr findet das Internationale Generalkapitel des OSMTH vom 04.-06. September 2009 in Deutschland
statt. Das Deutsche Großpriorat freut sich sehr, möglichst viele Templernationen zu diesem Anlass begrüßen zu
dürfen.
Für Ihre Planung vorab die ersten Informationen für die Anreise. Der Tagungsort ist der Kurort D-66709
WEISKIRCHEN und liegt im Bundesland Saarland, im Dreiländereck Deutschland-Frankreich-Luxembourg. Unser
Tagungshotel ist das Parkhotel Weiskirchen – : www.parkhotel-weiskirchen.de (englische und französische
Website).
Für diejenigen die mit dem Flugzeug anreisen ist der nächstgelegene deutsche Flughafen Saarbrücken. Auf
Grund der günstigen geographischen Lage zu Luxemburg bietet sich auch an bis Luxemburg zu fliegen. Die
Entfernung zum Tagungsort D-66709 WEISKIRCHEN beträgt von beiden Flughäfen etwa 80 km.
Es wäre für unsere Vorbereitungen hilfreich, wenn sie uns kurzfristig mitteilen könnten, ob sie beabsichtigen am
Generalkapitel teilzunehmen, mit wie viel Personen und wie sie anreisen (Auto, Bahn, Flugzeug). Wenn sie
teilnehmen, benötigen wir auch Informationen darüber, ob Sie beabsichtigen Kandidaten zur Investitur bzw.
Knappenweihe anzumelden.
Weitere Informationen, Formulare für die verbindliche Anmeldung zur Teilnahme und ein vorläufiges Programm
folgen im April 2009.

Cette année le Chapitre Général International de l’OSMTH aura lieu en Allemagne du 4 au 6 septembre 2009.
Le Grand Prieuré d’Allemagne se réjouit d’accueillir autant de nations que possible lors de cette occasion. Pour
que vous puissiez envisager le voyage, je vous envoie préalablement les premières informations. Le lieu de
réunion - c’est la station thermale de D-66709 WEISKIRCHEN, située en Sarre, au triangle des trois pays
l’Allemagne-France-Luxembourg.
Notre hôtel de réunion – c’est le Parkhotel D 66709 Weiskirchen –: www.parkhotel-weiskirchen.de (web site en
français et anglais).
Pour ceux qui arriveront en avion il y a deux possibilités : l’aéroport de Sarrebruck en Allemagne, ou l’aéroport
de Luxembourg en Luxembourg. La distance des deux aéroports jusqu’à notre lieu de réunion à D-66709
Weiskirchen fait respectivement à peu près 80 km.
Pour nos préparatifs il nous aiderait, si vous pouviez nous informer bientôt, si vous envisagez de participer au
chapitre général, avec combien de personnes et comment vous pensez y arriver (en voiture, en train ou en
avion).
Si vous participez il nous faut savoir si vous avez l’intention de présenter des candidats pour l’adoubement ou
pour les ordres de l’écuyer.
Des informations supplémentaires, les feuilles d’inscriptions et un programme provisionnel vous seront
envoyées en avril 2009.

This year the International General Chapter of the OSMTH will take place from 4th - 6th of September 2009 in
Germany. The German Grand priory greatly looks forward on this occasion to welcoming Templars from as many
nations as possible.
In advance some travel information for your planning:
The meeting will take place in the spa town of D-66709 WEISKIRCHEN in German Federal Land Saarland, located
in the three-country-corner Germany, France, and Luxembourg. Park-Hotel Weiskirchen :
www.parkhotel-weiskirchen.de (in English and French).
For air travel the nearest airport in Germany is Saarbrucken. Due to the proximity of Luxembourg, flights to
Luxembourg can also be recommended. The distance from both airports to the hotel in D-66709 Weiskirchen is
approximately 80km.
As far as the organisation for the meeting is concerned, we would greatly appreciate it if you could inform us if
you intend to attend our meeting, how many people and how you plan to travel, by rail, air or road. If you do
plan to attend, could you please let us know if you intend to propose candidates for investiture or for a squire?
Further information, forms for your binding registration and the preliminary programme will follow in April 2009.
