Communication de la Commission — Notification des associations ou organisations professionnelles
figurant à l’annexe I de la directive 2005/36/CE qui respectent les conditions fixées à l’article 3,
paragraphe 2

La Directive 2005/36/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 7 septembre 2005 relative à la recon­
naissance des qualifications professionnelles dispose en son article 3, paragraphe 2, premier alinéa, qu’une
«profession exercée par les membres d'une association ou d'une organisation visée à l'annexe I est assimilée à
une profession réglementée». Elle dispose en outre que chaque fois qu'un État membre accorde la recon­
naissance à une association ou organisation visée au premier alinéa, il en informe la Commission. Dans ce
cas, la Commission publie une notification appropriée au Journal officiel de l'Union européenne.
Étant donné que le Royaume-Uni et l’Irlande ont notifié les associations ou organisations professionnelles
suivantes au titre de l’annexe I, la Commission publie la présente communication conformément à l’article 3,
paragraphe 2, de la directive (1).
