Engl. In conformity with the provisions of Article 51, paragraph 2, of the Convention, the Kingdom of the Netherlands accepts the Convention for Aruba. In accordance with Article 3, paragraph 2, of the Convention, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, for Aruba, declares that it reserves the right not to apply Article 3, paragraph 1, of the Convention with regard to the confiscation of the proceeds from offences punishable under legislation on taxation or on customs and excise. In accordance with Article 9, paragraph 4, of the Convention, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, for Aruba, declares that Article 9, paragraph 1, of the Convention will only be applied to predicate offences that qualify as “misdrijven” (crimes) under the domestic law of Aruba. In accordance with Article 35, paragraph 3, of the Convention, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, for Aruba, declares that requests made to Aruba and documents supporting such requests in a language other than Dutch, English or Spanish shall be accompanied by a translation into one of these languages. En conformité avec les dispositions de l'article 51, paragraphe 2, de la Convention, le Royaume des Pays-Bas accepte la Convention pour Aruba. Conformément à l’article 3, paragraphe 2, de la Convention, le Royaume des Pays-Bas, pour Aruba, déclare qu’il se réserve le droit de ne pas appliquer l’article 3, paragraphe 1, de la Convention en ce qui concerne la confiscation des produits d’infractions punissables en vertu de la législation sur la fiscalité ou sur les douanes et accises. Conformément à l’article 9, paragraphe 4, de la Convention, le Royaume des Pays-Bas, pour Aruba, déclare que l’article 9, paragraphe 1, de la Convention ne sera appliqué qu’aux infractions considérées comme « misdrijven » (crimes) en vertu du droit interne d’Aruba. Conformément à l’article 35, paragraphe 3, de la Convention, le Royaume des Pays-Bas, pour Aruba, déclare que les demandes faites à Aruba et leurs pièces annexes rédigées dans une langue autre que le néerlandais, l’anglais ou l’espagnol, devront être accompagnées d’une traduction dans l’une de ces langues.
