Prenatal Classes
Families Connecting Groups
Healthy Baby Community Support Programs connect
pregnant women and parents of children under age 1
with other parents, families and health professionals.
Bus tickets, milk coupons (for pregnant women and up
to 6 months postnatal), healthy snacks and childcare for
children under 12.
No registration needed.

Coping With Change
Prenatal classes prepare you for birth. Postnatal classes
help you understand all changes that happen when a
baby enters your life.
Registration preferred. Drop-ins welcome.

Prenatal classes help prepare birthing parents, partners
and support people for birth and the arrival of a new
baby. We will discuss options in pregnancy, labour,
birth, self-care, infant care and infant feeding. We will
explore ways to take care of the whole family’s health
(including mental health) after the arrival of baby.
Registration is required.

Transition Back to Work or School
Are you a parent of a young child who will soon be
returning to work or school? Come to our evening
event to get support and information about this life
challenge. This workshop is a great opportunity to
discuss the challenges and get tips to make those
transitions successful for you and your family.
