Une rentrée dédiée à l’industrialisation
Le
chef de l’Etat a présidé
hier le premier conseil
des ministres de la

cette séance, plusieurs
sujets ont été abordés,
le plus important étant
un projet de décret

Hier au palais de la

c’est
un
exécutif
au

complet qui entourait le
chef de l’Etat pour le
premier

des
ministres de la rentrée.
Le
principal sujet
à
l’ordre du jour de cette
séance était sans doute
un
projet
de décret
portant
création
d’un
conseil
de

économique
de
Djibouti, CDED, qui sera
placé sous l’autorité du
président. L’exposé des

Le chef de l’Etat entend,
dans le cadre de sa
politique
d’industrialisation,

Dans
un
tout autre registre, le
conseil a approuvé un
projet de loi portant
statut des refugiés en
République de Djibouti.
Comme chacun le sait,
la
République
de
Djibouti a une longue
tradition d’accueil des
réfugiés.
Depuis
l’indépendance,
le pays supporte sans
jamais s’en plaindre les
flux réguliers de celles
et ceux que les conflits
et les drames jettent
hors de chez eux. Les
autorités nationales ont
toujours
scrupuleusement
respecté
les différents

donc pour le pays d’être

les

de
