Junko Kiritani has a history of creating
in the field of modern art ceramics.
In 1995, she realized that art can
emerge from daily life through the
dining experience as the works are
amplified by being shared by the
creator and the user.
Since then, she has hosted ‘Participative
Expositions,’ in collaboration with
restaurants and tea shops in Tokyo and
Paris, where her works could actually be
used by visitors.
Junko Kiritani a toujours oeuvré dans le
domaine de l'art de la céramique moderne.
En 1995, elle a réalisé que l'art peut surgir
du quotidien par le biais de l'expérience
culinaire tandis que les oeuvres sont
amplifiées en étant partagées par le créateur
et l'utilisateur.
Depuis lors, elle anime des « expositions
participatives » en collaboration avec des
restaurants et des salons de thé à Tokyo et à
Paris, où ses oeuvres peuvent en fait être
utilisées par les visiteurs.
