Biography:
Dr.Pascal Vidal is a participating professor of Information systems management at SKEMA. He is a member of the
SKEMA Research Center in Competence and Knowledge Management.
Dr. Pascal Vidal holds a master in computer applied to management, a postgraduate degree in Engineering Economic
Organisations and a doctorate thesis from Aix-Marseille III University and is a graduate of International Teacher’s
Programme, from Stockholm School of Economics
Dr. Pascal Vidal has 12 years of experience in academic administration. He was the SKEMA (Sophia Antipolis
campus) Associate dean for the CKO axis between 2003 and 2005, Dean of the faculty between 2005 and June 2008,
associate dean for International development between 2008 and 2010.
He regularly lectures on the ESA MBA programme (Beyrouth, Lebanon)
Expert for the DRIRE (Regional Department for Research, Industry and Environment)
Dr. Pascal Vidal has published an information systems course manual in 2005, 2nd edition in 2009 (Pearson
Education) and a book on Information systems for SMEs dedicated to practitioners in 2007.
He has also published several case studies and has been awarded three times by the French Case clearing house
(CCMP) in 2006, 2008 and 2010.
