Unité 1 - Mosaïque 7IÈME ANNÉE: French Core
QUI ÊTES-VOUS?
This final project for Unit 1 contains 3 parts. In Part 1 you will use your writing skills to answer
several questions and write a paragraph about yourself, which will be used to help you create a
personal webpage. Part 2 is an oral presentation where you will get the chance to share your site
and read your paragraph (en français!) for your classmates.
PARTIE 1: L'écriture et la création
Directions:
1. Write a paragraph describing yourself. In your paragraph be sure to include the
answers to the following questions:
1. Comment t'appelles-tu
i. ex: Je m'appelle Jim.
2. Quel âge as-tu?
i. ex: J'ai 12 ans.
3. Qu'est-ce que tu aimes?
i. ex: J'aime la musique.
4. Qu'est-ce que tu n'aimes pas?
i. ex: Je n'aimes pas les mathématiques.
5. Qu'est-ce que tu aimes faire?
i. ex: J'aime jouer au golf.
6. Qu'est-ce que tu n'aimes pas faire?
i. ex: Je n'aimes pas faire du ski.
7. Quels sont tes types de personnalité dominants? (2 you are and 2 you are not)
i. Je suis une personne artistique et naturaliste mais je ne suis pas une personne
physique ni logique.
2. Design a personal webpage that could be your own! Include:
1. A Name for your page
2. Your written answers to the questions from your paragraph (7 questions in total)
3. An image to correspond with each one of your answers
4. A layout and design to match your personality
5. A layout that is easy to follow

theses written answers on your site.

 You have used the verbes: Être, Faire and Jouer properly when referring to activities
(sports, games and instruments)

 Attention to detail - your site contains color and has a planned layout
 Appropriateness of images chosen - imagery should correspond well to the text it is
