The Public is hereby informed that the
Schedule Properties were purchased by Rev.
Mother Provincial, St. Joseph 's Convent,
Frazer Town, Bangalore from one Sri D. G.
Thiruvengada Mudaliar, Vide Regd. Sale Deed
No. 780, Vol 2808, Book I, Pages 162-166; Sale
Deed No. 781 Vol. 2807, Book I, Pages 181-184;
Sale Deed No. 779, Vol 2809 Book I, Pages
118-120 on 20.6.1970 and the said Registered
Sale Deeds are reflected in Encumbrance
Certificates issued by the concerned Sub
Registrar Office Mysore.
Thus the present Rev. Mother Provincial, St. Joseph's Convent, Frazer Town,
Bangalore has become the absolute owner
and title holder of the Said properties. The
Khatas of the said properties are in the
name of Rev. Mother Provincial, St. Joseph's
Convent in the records of the Mysore City
Corporation. The said properties are utilized
for Religious and charitable purposes.
In the recent past the inmates have been
approached by some persons disturbing
the peace of the inmates enquiring
whether the said property is for sale.
The public is hereby informed that the
schedule properties are not for sale and no one
has any right whatsoever to interfere in the
