NOTICE DE MONTAGE
SIARR
PREPARATION
* Démonter le pare-chocs ainsi que l'absorbeur.
MONTAGE
* Repérer de chaque côté du véhicule les 4 trous pré-pointés
(2 à gauche et 2 a droite) se trouvant sur la traverse arrière.
Percer ces trous au diamètre 10,5mm.
* Repérer sous les longerons les emplacements réservés aux
écrous cage de l'ensemble visserie Y et les fixer.
* Présenter l'attelage A, faire passer uniquement les vis de l'ensemble
visserie X à travers la traverse. Mettre en place les entretoises D et E
(D long.69, E long.67), puis fixer les bras B à l'aide des ensembles
visserie X et Y et serrer aux couples indiqués ci-dessous.
* Remonter l'absorbeur et le pare-chocs.
* Fixer le support rotule C à l'aide de l'ensemble visserie Z.
Assembler la rotule à l'aide de l'ensemble visserie V.
Serrer aux couples indiqués ci-dessous.
FINITION
* Vérifier que les ensembles visserie soient correctement serrés.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
SIARR
PREPARATION
* Dismantle the bumper and the shock absorber.
ASSEMBLY
* Locate on each side of the vehicle the 4 pre-pointings (2 on the left
and 2 on the right) wich are found on th back member.
Drill the 4 holes to a diam.10,5mm.
* Locate under the side members, the position of the captive nuts
from the nuts and bolts Y, then put in place.
* Mount the towbar A, only put the nuts and bolts X tough the back
membre. Put the tubular spacers D and E in place ( D : lg.69mm ;
E : lg.67mm), then fit the armsB with the nuts and bolts X and Y
and tighten to the torques indicated below.
* Reassemble the bumper and shock absorber.
* Fit the support ball C with help from the nuts and bolts Z.
Fit the towing ball with the nuts and bolts V.
Tighten everther to the torques indicated below.
FINISHING
* Check that all screws have been correctly tightened.
