Pour 2011 les verificateurs seront M. Tony Smith (Pays de Galles) et Mme Signe
Hovind (Norvège). Le rapport sera envoyé aux fédérations ensemble avec l’invitation
pour le Congres.
For 2011 the financial audit will be made by Mr. Tony Smith (Wales) and Mrs. Signe
Hovind (Norway). The report will be sent to all federations together with the invitation
for the Congress.
Dans les Statutes Article 36 sera completé par les decisions concernant les frais de
voyage des 4 membres du Comité Directeur (Congres 2009)
In the Statues Article 36 will be completed in relation to the decision about travel
costs for 4 members of the Board (Congress 2009)
7. Le Congres va d’accord avec un championnat Européennes pour Veterans (touts les
deux ans).
The Congress agrees with a European Championship for Veterans (every two years).
Le premier Championnat Européennes pour Veterans sera organise en Danemark près
de Copenhagen (Hvidovre 2012) The first European Championship for Veterans will
be organized in Denmark near Copenhagen (Hvidovre 2012)

9. M. Fabio Ballauco introduit le Comité marketing de la CEP.
Mr. Fabio Ballauco introduces the Marketing Committee of the CEP.
10. Pendant ce championnat La CEP suivre le système Suisse pour le B tournament. Après
evaluation pendant la reunion du printemps en 2012 la Comité Directeur de la CEP
fait une décision concernant un système definitive pour le CE Hommes. Quand on va
choisir pour le système Suisse il n’y aura plus de classification en avant. Le Comité
Directeur suivra la même procedure pour les CE Femmes et Jeunes après le CE à
Gand en 2012.
During this Championship the Swiss System will be used for the B tournament. After
evaluation during the spring meeting of the Board the CEP will made a decision about
a definitive system for EC Men in the future. If there is a choice for the Swiss system
there will be no more seeding. For the EC Women and Youth the Board will follow
the same procedure after the next EC in Gent in 2012.
11. Il y a des problèmes pour beaucoup des federations concernant le Championnat du
Monde en Turquie sera organise dans la même semaine que le Championnat
Européennes pour Espoirs en Danemark. La CEP espère que les prochaines années la
FIPJP respectera les dates des Championnats Européennes publiées.
Many federations have problems concerning the World Championships in Turkey
organized in the same week as the European Championship for Espoirs in Denmark.
The CEP hopes that the coming years the FIPJP will respect the dates of the publicised
European Championships.
