CARBURE DE TUNGSTENE/PTFE.
Le carbure de tungstène est projeté à
vitesse supersonique (Mach 6) à l’aide d’un
appareil HVOF qui produit une couche très
dure, dense et liée au substrat. La pièce est
par la suite imprégnée par un procédé
TEFLON afin de parachever une surface
très douce, glissante et non adhérente.

dureté et adhérence inégalée
High technology composite TUNGSTEN
CARBIDE/PTFE. The tungsten carbide
powder is deposited by a high velocity
supersonic gun (Mach 6) which produces a
hard, dense and well bonded layer.
The treated is subsequently impregnated
with the latest state-of-the-art TEFLON
process to achieve a hard wearing smooth,
sliding and non-stick surface.
This coating system offers an incredible
resistance to wear and adhesion
