Les façonneuses de chants Bellani for Breton sont le résultat
de plus de 40 ans d'expérience de la famille Bellani ; elles
sont personnalisées pour les clients Breton en utilisant les
composants certifiés et approuvés par Breton, ce qui augmente
davantage leur sécurité intrinsèque et permet d'équiper
toutes les machines d'installations de lubrification centralisée.
Le service après-vente est fourni par le Worldwide Service
Network de Breton, ce qui garantit une intervention immédiate
et efficace pour tous les clients. Les pièces à usiner sont
convoyés par un transporteur à tablier à lattes en caoutchouc
qui garantit un déplacement parfaitement rectiligne de la pièce,
contrairement aux transporteurs normalement utilisés qui, dans
la plupart des cas, nécessitent de systèmes de support lors du
déplacement des pièces. Les entraînements du transporteur
sont lubrifiés par une installation automatique.
The edge polishers "Bellani for Breton" are the result of more
than 40 years of experience of the Bellani family, which
customized them expressly for Breton's customers using
Breton certified and approved components, enhancing their
fail-safe devices still more and equipping them with
centralized lubrication.
The technical assistance is guaranteed by Breton Worldwide
Service Network ensuring a rapid and effective service
anytime, anywhere.
Workpieces to be processed are conveyed by a rubberized slat
system specially designed to get the workpiece moving in a
perfectly rectilinear way, contrary to what may happen using
the common belts. An automatic plant guarantees that all the
moving components of the system are perfectly lubricated.

"Comet" performs the continuous shaping and polishing
of profiles either flat and linear or with a regular round
shape (such as bullnose, half bullnose and quarter
bullnose edges, etc.), shaping of special profiles,
calibration, execution of bilateral bevelled edges, drip
grooves, wings and slots on horizontally placed, natural
and engineered stone workpieces.
A hydraulic power unit actuates the slat conveyor, the 8
polishing spindles (one of which can be equipped with a
diamond wheel) and the unit that makes them oscillate so
that their service life is longer and faultless even though
they work under a jet of water.

Lors des passages, la Comet exécute le façonnage et le
polissage des profils linéaires plats et de forme arrondie (par
exemple: profil arrondi, quart de rond, bec de corbin, etc.),
ainsi que des profilages spéciaux, des chanfreins latéraux,
des opérations de calibrage, d'usinage gorge, des rainurages
d'ancrage e d'égouttoirs sur des pièces en pierre naturelle
En plus des 8 broches à polir les chants, la Comet est équipée des accessoires suivants:
• 1 broche à calibrer/rectifier équipée de l'outil diamanté relatif à l'usinage à exécuter (on peut effectuer un
usinage à la fois):
a) calibrage de l'épaisseur sur le côté inférieur,
b) rainurage d'ancrage sur le côté du chant par le disque à calibrer,
c) profilage du chant par la meule diamantée, sans polissage.
• 2 broches de dégrossissage pour préparer le façonnage du chant à l'aide des broches oscillantes,
• 1 broche pour rainurer l'égouttoir.
• 4 broches à biseauter (2 inférieures et 2 supérieures),
• 1 broche pour usinage gorge
Besides holding 8 edge polishing spindles, "Comet" is equipped with:
• 1 calibrating/grinding spindle to be fitted with the diamond tool suitable to execute one of the following
operations (one operation excludes the others):
a) thickness calibration on the lower stripe
b) execution of slots on the edge, mounting a disk on the calibrating tool
c) edge profiling with a diamond wheel
• 2 grinding spindles to prepare the edge before it is shaped with the oscillating spindles
• 1 spindle for the drip groove execution
• 4 chamfering spindles (2 upper and 2 lower spindles)
• 1 spindle for the wing execution
