Située à dix kilomètres de Châteauroux dans la zone d’activité de
Villedieu-sur-Indre, la FONDERIE HELICIA créée en 2012 sur les bases
d’une fonderie centenaire développe son activité autour de la réalisation
d’hélices de bateaux (conception – coulée – usinage - équilibrage et
réparation maintenance), ainsi que la fabrication de pièces mécaniques de
fonderie, unitaire ou petites séries, de quelques kilos à 350 kilos, dans les
alliages cuivreux (laiton - cupro aluminium - bronze).
Nos compagnons vous proposent un savoir-faire de mouleur main, allié à
une expérience métallurgique forte dans les alliages cuivreux.
Un atelier d’usinage traditionnel intégré nous permet de vous offrir une
prestation complète.
Notre taille de PME légère vous assure un service de première qualité,
et des délais très courts et fiables (la fourniture d’hélices maritimes est très
formateur en ce domaine).
Nous assurons tous les contrôles matières et dimensionnels (spectrocaractéristiques mécaniques-tridi-etc).

Just ten kilometres away from Châteauroux in the Villedieu-sur-Indre
business estate, FONDERIE HELICIA, founded in 2012 on the site of
an ancient foundry, develops its business around the production of
boat propellers (design - casting - machining - balancing and repairs/
maintenance), as well as the unit or batch manufacture of mechanical
castings, from a few kilos to 350 kilos, in copper alloys (brass - aluminium
bronze - bronze).
Our team offer you the expertise of a hand caster, combined with extensive
metallurgical experience in copper alloys.
Thanks to our integrated traditional machining workshop, we are able to
provide you with a comprehensive service.
As a small SME, we can offer you a service of the highest standard, with
very short and highly reliable lead times (the supply of maritime propellers
is very formative in this field).
We carry out all of the material and dimensional controls ourselves
(spectro-characteristic, mechanical-3D, etc.).
